I have lived at Communities of Bent Tree going into my 4th year. I love the area with parks, restaurants and shopping (Galleria Mall) nearby. My apartment overlooks the pool with beautiful greenery surroundings. I love nature. I can walk to work and most importantly I have always felt safe. I am comfortable here and is near to my work and is not in busy area close by grocery and bank and toll road .office people are nice and getting maintenance is easy near by fire department and police

I've been here through different owners some good and some bad but I must admit this owner is making the property better.I have raised my children here from elementary to college and I couldn't have asked for a better community to do it in.Perfect location and environment if your single, a couple or family..especially if you have pets..

Have lived in Bent Tree Fountains for 7 years. The staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests get taken care of quickly. It is a fairly quiet community. The grounds are kept well. The value is better than some. They have community events.

The new management’s communication style leaves a lot to be desired. We have not been adequately informed of construction happening on the side walks or the parking lot. The parking registration has been a fiasco, when feedback was provided, in person, I was told a follow up email would be sent. I still haven’t received that email. My lease still isn’t in the portal. And I haven’t received a water bill in 4 months. I find the lack of communication to be deeply frustrating and sending email with a timeline would be better than the absolute silence. The grass is full of dog waste. The parking lots of full of cars of people who don’t live here or have missing / out of date registration. In the summer the pools are used by non residence until the early hours of the morning. Overall what used to be a fantastic place to live has turned into a total nightmare.

Not worth the price. Apartment are very outdated and not worth the price. The only upside to it is that you are close to everything and the Dallas tollway

I have lived here 3 years (April 2025)—Bent Tree Oaks. I love the area. My neighbors are great. The staff is great, always kind and helpful. The lawn is always kept up: I’m a nature lover. Not only is the location awesome - but the staff is amazing! I wished that apartments had options to own similar to townhomes and duplex due to the higher cost of down payments - it's really difficult now -- to locate quality living with neighbors that become family.

I have been asking for my tub to be resurface for 4 months and still nothing. The property is going down since I move in. In the brooks theirs not enough parking we have other company trucks not parking in the vistor.

It’s been a pleasure living here for 5 years everyone in the office is great and helpful.The property is nice the only thing I don’t like is parking because the neighbors have so many cars, and they make a lot of noise but other thank that it’s cool. I mean it’s not granite countertops and backsplashes but it’s a home if you make it feel like one

My experience living here has been great. I've been here for almost 3 years now and I've only had one minor issue. The maintenance staff is quick and professional. Rent prices a little high, but it's high everywhere. It's a good price for the location. For apartment living, I really enjoyed being here.

Decent management but outdated unit. Moving in the apt was falling apart. After living here for over a year, there has been a lot of issues with basic necessities like plumbing, water pressure, and heat in the winter.

It’s a quiet, safe, and mostly well-kept complex. However, the apartments are older and the foundation will need repairing soon. In my own unit there are several cracks along the walls. Maintenance is friendly and quick to respond although sometimes they don’t necessarily fix the issue the first time and will have to be called out a few times or be reminded of a part they said they’d bring back but then never did. The front office staff is friendly and outwardly helpful but you will have to follow up with them regularly for any sort help beyond initial communication which can be frustrating. The office manager is exceptional, though, and quick to resolve issues. The location is central to everything and right off the toll. I do think cost vs value isn’t the best but again, the location is central so that’s what you’re paying for. The apartment themselves are older and outdated and appliances aren’t what you would see in similar units at a lesser price in the surrounding area.

I lived here for 4years great place peaceful close to great restaurants and also close to other great cities like frisco the colony ,also a few blocks from north dallas tollway that will take you to all those great cities including downtown dallas .

This is a great place to live. It is calm and very close to different types of entertainment, dining options and groceries. We have been living here for a year without any problems, we have used the community facilities like the tennis courts and pools, they are always clean and ready for use. Parking is easy and always available. We have not had any problems with plagues or filtration.

The building maintenance seems a bit stretched thin so a lot of issues we have just had to figure out ourselves, and the buildings are older so that comes with its own challenges.

Bent Tree has been good so far in terms of their website and the unit doesn’t have any issues, and the property is maintained. The only issue thus far has been trying to get anybody to assist or even respond to any inquiries I’ve made in person, through email, and through the phone. I have not received a single response to any communication I’ve attempted to have with the personnel here.

The Communities of Bent Tree are a great place to live. The maintenance team is always on time for any issue and preventive maintenance. The staff is reliable and friendly. Don't be fooled because it's not one of those swanky, small, high rise complexes. These apartments are well maintained, upgraded, and most of all spacious. They feel like home and not a hotel.
