This is hands down one of the nicest buildings in Hollywood. Living here has felt like an absolute dream. As soon as you arrive you know you are taken care of. From the valet, to the front desk, to management…it’s all top notch. Everyone is super professional and kind. Anything I have needed, they’re on it! Any minor maintenance issues have been handled almost immediately. The units are also incredible. The views, the finishes. I could go on and on. And the rooftop pool is almost too good to be true. I start each morning with a cup of coffee up there and it feels amazing just to take in the view before I have to start my busy day. Then I head to the gym, which is beautiful! With all new machines, anything you would need. No other building in the area even compares. I feel safe and cared for here. The best way to describe it is that it feels like living at a five star hotel and I never want to leave.

I feel like I live in a luxury hotel and I am thankful to wake up here every day. The staff is extremely warm and professional and there for anything I need. My apartment is gorgeous. From the floors to the finishes, it is so good! And being able to go to the rooftop every morning to enjoy my coffee with an amazing view is the best feeling. Now that I live here I can't imagine living anywhere else and I want to tell everyone I know to move in here. I can't say enough great things!

Construction of a 276 apartment, 8 story building with a 4 level underground parking garage started TWO days after I moved. Right in-front of my window and I signed me lease under the impression I will receive QUIET ENJOYMENT. I'm not sleeping because of the construction starting so early and on going all day (EVEN SATURDAYS), I work from home and it's completely affecting my work. I live in a large unit and the only ones that are available for transfer are tiny units. I need rent reduction! Even using the pool as an amenity I pay for, I cant enjoy it because of all the construction noise directly across the street. I need rent reduction as the first months rent is coming up.

There are many residences popping up in Hollywood these days. And I feel like I looked at them all before settling on Hollywood Proper. My leasing agent Jules was very accommodating and patient, showing me at least 7-8 units, and giving me a lot of space to decide, a decision that took two months! Now, having been in Hollywood Proper for two months, I couldn't be happier. The units are all beautifully laid out, with incredible views. And the rooftop pool is beyond stunning. The entire staff is always incredibly helpful and courteous. It really does feel like you're living in a hotel. I couldn't be happier with my decision.
