Amazing first month. Here are few advantages: Clean Community. Spacious apartments with clean equipments. Multiple marts nearby (Jewel Osco, Trader Joe's, Target, Go Grocer etc.) Close to UChicago shuttle stops. Good package retrieval system.

I don’t have much to say, but the noise isolation of the units is horrible. I can hear every word my next door neighbors are saying when they’re talking at a normal volume, and it sounds like my upstairs neighbor is stomping when they’re actually not. This apartment would be perfect if that issue could be resolved, but low quality construction can’t be fixed.

Coeval is a great place to live. I love my apartment - it's spacious and has great closet space. The team is always helpful and friendly. I love the close proximity to Grant park and the general convenience of the area. The building is very well kept up and I'm really happy here.

If you are drawn to the simple elegance of contemporary styling and a boutique atmosphere Coeval delivers both. Coeval is beautifully nestled in the South Loop and provides that peaceful feeling of being part of a neighborhood with rich history and great restaurants steps away from the front door. Yet, if your choose you are also close enough to walk to the heart of the city or grab your gear for a workout along the Lake. The management staff is stellar and makes you feel part of a family vs. a complex of residents. I am proud to call Coeval...home!

Coeval is a contemporary gem in the south loop area--close enough to walk to major venues in the heart of the city, yet far enough away to have a warm neighborhood vibe. The management staff is stellar and they do everything in their power to make residents feel like family. The front desk and maintenance staff ensure your stay is problem-free. I especially appreciate the cleanliness of the building (including the elevators) and the individuals who dedicate their day to ensuring the building maintains a beautiful appearance for all of us when we walk in the door. I am thrilled to be part of the Coeval Community.
