Manchester’s West Side is conveniently nestled between US Highway 6 and Interstate 384, both connecting the neighborhood to nearby Hartford, located just eight miles west. West Side is a residential community that’s lined with verdant trees, luxury lofts, longstanding homes, and historic buildings that have been converted into apartments. There are a few establishments in town, including Labyrinth Brewing Company on Forest Street. A shopping center, hospital, and chain and local businesses surround the neighborhood. Property Ratings at Clocktower and Velvet Mill Apartments
Leasing office was prompt with answering emails & super friendly. Maintenance was quick to respond to requests and always made sure the request was done to the best of their ability. Great place for all various demographics from families to single workers in their 20's. Was super sad when having to move out due to education relocation.
Awful experience, had to leave after a few months of moving in. Walls are paper thin, hallway carpets and walls are stained and dirty, hallways smell repulsive at all times. the ceilings and carpets within apartments are bug INFESTED. multiple AC leaks. Broken window with glass that they ignored for 7+ days. Pool always has clumps of hair floating, very dingy. Outrages rent prices.
I had two issues one concerning the stove and another in the bathroom, after letting the office know they sent Isaias one of the maintenance workers asap and he was amazing finishing all the work before i finished my bag of chips??????
