I have lived here for over 5 years and love the park like setting. Quiet and peaceful. The grounds are maintained and so nice. Very friendly management and maintenance personnel.

If you own more than one car beware the parking. Parking situation is absolutely terrible. They dont provide more spaces for the cars people own and tow your car if you park anywhere youre not supposed to. Road in the back toward the cul-de-sac is very bad. Pool and gym were closed during summer due to covid, which is understandable, but we were still being charged for both. Sprinklers are on during rain often times. Such a waste of water and money. Some sprinklers wet areas that dont even have grass.

This apartment complex was pur savior. My friend Joshua and I moved from New York to Oregon around Mid-July. Reasonable on pricing, fantastic staff in the office and maintenance crew. The individual that sold us on the apartment was Carissa. She was honest, friendly, hardworking, and most importantly professional. Her new assistance is amazing also her name is Sherry I believe. She really helps run the office pretty well and is down to earth. Wish I could give more than Five stars. Friendly environment and just all around an amazing experience! Seriously check them out!!!
