This place is very professional. The apartment is amazing for our family. The location is great. We love the gated community and the pool. They also have a decent size gym area.
The Staff here at Clear Creek apartments work well together to make it a wonderful living experience. It is a big job to take care of the needs of this many apartment dwellers . They do an outstanding job in spite of the difficulties due to weather we have had.
This apartment complex has a great community atmosphere and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends or family or others that looking for a safe and gated community. Also convenient for Work or for school.

Living at Clear Creek Meadows Apartments has been a great experience for us. While the apartment itself is a bit outdated and the appliances could use an upgrade, the community is safe, quiet, and peaceful. Most residents keep to themselves, and despite living on the first floor, I rarely hear my neighbors. I love staying active, and while I prefer the outdoors, the gym has been a convenient and well-maintained option during the winter. It’s always clean and smells great. Although I don’t interact much with the office staff, the maintenance team has been fantastic.

Great first apartment however the appliances are sub par. Dryer hasn’t worked properly for my entire time living here put in countless work orders and it’s never been fixed, now it’s time for me to leave and they wanna fix it?? The stove also terrible. Told them it doesn’t heat up maintenance comes turns it on and says “it works” when clearly the heating wire is not on.

I have enjoyed living here for the last few years this second apartment is the best yet! It is a bit smaller than the first one and required adjustment but i love the location and the porch plus patio makes Iit easier for me plus a handicap parking space with ramp sidewalk which allows me to cart my items into the house from the automobile. I like the security of the package service . the friendliness and caring of the staff. nice neighbors.

You should replace your management and the office staff and revamp your policies to make them more tenant friendly. Your company is obviously successful you don’t need more money at the expense of treating people like cattle. Maintenance staff seems professional, polite and overall helpful. They may be the only thing you have going for you. Also, how about updating the interior of your units? It feels like 2005 in my apartment. I am sure a maintenance shed is what you should spend that inflation money on. If anyone deserves a better space to work out of it’s them, but your tenants pay the bills. Screw us, right? Good talk. Can’t wait to move.

Good first apartment but I’ve been seeing bugs and the appliances are kinda bad. Parking is a hassle too. Minimal parking up front so people park in handicap non stop and take spots when people leave. Park under car ports that aren’t theirs as well. Dryer doesn’t dry.

Great people quiet community. Gated , parking is weird though that’s the only thing . Other than that it’s great to be here. My sons enjoy the pool by the office

Great, quiet solitude. This diverse group of neighbors include active and retired military, law enforcement, firefighters, emergency medical technicians and medical personnel. Family members are quiet and pet/family animals are picked up after. As a gated community we are awesome!!

This place allows a shady tow truck driver to come at the hours most people are sleeping to tow residents’ vehicles. Doesn’t matter if you have a resident tag in your window. The tow truck person is never called, they give him free range to just tow people’s vehicles. Last night I guess he couldn’t get anyone, so made up an entire reason to tow my vehicle. Citing I was over on a loading zone when 1-tire barely over it and 2- there was no signage to indicate it was a loading zone per Texas code. Ladies at the front desk tried to justify it and don’t really care. Other than that, this place charges at luxury rates and there is absolutely nothing luxurious about this place. My apartment has a gas station sink and mirror in the main bedroom bathroom. Save your money and avoid!
