Cats and most dogs are welcome with deposit and reasonable pet rent. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. 1 designated parking space provided and off street parking is also available. $40 application fee and $300 hold deposit. The hold deposit is applied to your first month's rent upon approval and signature of lease agreement. In the very rare case that you are not approved, the $300 is returned.
