Wonderful spot to live!

I am the first tenant in my unit and am going in to my 4th year here. The new, up to date, insulated walls allow for quiet and also provide efficient cool/heat year round! The staff are kind and generous to their tenants and any issues that arise are handled quickly. Privacy and clean living shared areas are a priority here and I have enjoyed being a part of this small and respectful community. The unmatched views and the adjacent park have been a great part of this address as well. Cheers!

I love it here!

I’ve been here since November and feel like enough time has passed for me to leave an honest review. I have zero complaints. From the moment I called to inquire about floor plans and a tour Jasmine worked nonstop to make sure all my questions, concerns, etc were addressed. She made the move in process so easy and stress free. If I’ve needed anything she has went above and beyond to help. Maintenance here is on point. If I needed anything it was fixed the same week and when I needed a new filter for my refrigerator he ordered it immediately for me. Parking hasn’t been an issue for me. Secured mail and packages. I love the notifications. I love calling this place home.

Favorite place I have lived

I have lived here since Nov 2023. I moved out when my lease was up but definitely regret doing so. The reason I left was because I was moving cities but I decided to end I’m up staying in Dallas. I was going to move between this apartment complex or one closer to my job. My husband and I ended up choosing here because we have always felt at home here. We decided to stop by right before Christmas and we connected with Jaylan. He always has the best energy for every person he encounters. After talking with him and him showing us a few places at the STAR he told us to connect with Jasmine on getting us back moved in. Let me tell you Jasmine was prompt about getting us a space to live. She sat down with us for 2 hours getting everything straightened away we got our apartment THAT SAME DAY. When I tell you she’s on top of things she truly is. In that time we met Marissa who is so sweet and meets all of our requests when needed. We are grateful to be back here in this complex. We are well taken care of and they truly care about the people who live here.

HIDDEN GEM!

This complex is literally everything I want! It is clean and quiet, the building is so small it makes you feel right at home. When renting, I’ve always felt so uncomfortable with coming and going from my apartment because I didn’t want to bother any neighbors or the staff and I haven’t always felt safe. But this building is secure access and in the coolest neighborhood away from the noise and litter that typically comes with living downtown. I can’t see myself moving out of the Cedars neighborhood and I will officially only ever live at the properties owned by my current management company here!

Love at First Sight!

I’m a busy person so for me to make time to write a review means my experience went extremely well or extremely bad. First impression was the very welcoming greeting from Rodrick L. The energy and professionalism he possesses is top tier. The property has amazing views. The two units I was able to check out had great views of downtown and so much natural lighting. The units are very modern with high ceilings, and the digital fireplace is a pretty dope feature. Having seen the units virtually, I liked the properly already, but having seen it in person, with Rodrick there to make the experience so much better leaving little room for questions because he explains so well, pretty much sold me. A great property that will make you want to cancel your other scheduled tours.

Very clean and friendly!

I live here and came to apartments.com to show one of my friends pics of the property. Normally I wouldn't need to leave a review because I have not seen a bad one yet until today. I seen someone say the building has roaches. This is so confusing to me because our property manager legit had mandatory pest control inspections (which at first I thought was weird until my sister told me her building did those too). but anyway, I just renewed my lease because I luv how quite and clean/ new the building is. And we are close to everything! The only cons I have had here is not having a fenced off dog park (i have a husky) and since roof top cinema club is using the park we do not have that anymore only grassy areas. Also, not having a pool (but I haven't really noticed) and I wish I had a bath tub and that at lease one bedroom had carpet. Other than that I could not had asks for a better 1st apartment.

So close to downtown!

I cant wait to move into my new place!! This building is so close to downtown where I work, literally less than 5 min. Plus it is right near the Dallas farmers market that has some of my favorite places to eat (rex's seafood and beyond the butcher) not to mention my go to coffee place (palmeri cafe).

Great find!

I’ve been looking for a place closer to Dallas (I’m in Plano) and was pleasantly surprised with the small boutique feel of this apartment. It feels like being in the suburbs because it’s right next to a big park but it has great city views and you can walk to Farmers Market and downtown (I think less than a mile to downtown). Great two story layouts. Have never seen that. Everything is brand new and I liked the high end appliances.
