I love my home but the construction vehicles sometimes hinder my ability to get to my driveway. This is only sometimes, not often. Also, a lot of the grass is dying due to no irrigation.

Great staff - with unique community events to make you feel welcomed. The only potential downside is parking as there are still units being built out with already limited parking around the community for guests as many residents have 2 cars and use their garage for storage etc.

Our family love it here. Houses are beautiful and spacious. Even though there’s construction going on, you can barely hear it, so it won’t disturb if you are someone working from home.

Aesthetically, the community is great! Quiet hours are respected. Maintenance is quick to respond. As for the home, it is upsetting that the entire townhome only has a primer coat of paint. This comes into play with bathrooms and kitchen which should have a glossy finish. Also, there are certain things that could be address more: waste bins are not brought in by many residents. This becomes an issue when having to park vehicles in driveways. Trash is also blown into the streets which looks horrid. Lastly, while this is a non-smoking community, there are residents that openly smoke multiple items.

Overall good new and very clean as the properties are new but wished that the little things were explained to us upon move in for example that the oven had to be turned on for a few hours before usage as it was new and smoke and fumes were to be expected. For someone to walk us through how to reset our door key pin and garage key pin and many other small things that you would expect from a Bozzuto property Also the lack of amenities are sad to see it would have been nice to have a clubhouse and pool etc that would have made a huge difference to us especially for the price we are all paying

As my partner and I head into our first full week since moving in, I feel confident that we made the right choice! Sam and Sergio have both been a delight and even though we are close to the ongoing construction, it hasn't proven to be disruptive! Even unpacking is made less dreadful because there is space for everything! We are so happy we moved "out to the burbs" even if it does mean a longer commute. Its worth it to come home to CityHouse!
