I enjoy living here the neighbors are great the office is great and my two dogs are happy the people in the office and in maintenance are very friendly

The two bedroom is a little bit small it have good space. I love that it have two bathrooms. The master bedroom is pretty big. I love it have a wash and dryer connection. And if you can't afford to get a washer and dryer you can rent one from the apartment.

I have only had a couple of issues with the rent no issues with my neighbors or noise complaints. The gate should be redone in terms of the entering side and how the parking lot is done cause it causes a traffic jam in the morning.

My experience has been well so far ! The community is clean and fairly quiet! I love that the community is gated. I feel safe here and that’s the most important thing to me.

Moving in was easy, but it’s just taking awhile to get our maintenance request that we need fixed causing us to not be able to do a lot of things.

It’s been extremely great so far and the leasing agents have been understanding and easy to deal with. I recently moved in and they have went above and beyond to exceed my expectations and have everything done before moving in.

Very easy application process.. All the ladies in the office were extremely helpful and made my oven process a breeze! I was able to take advantage of the promo code and save over 200$ on my administrative fees and application. The fact that every unit has a washer and dryer hook up was plus because I didn’t want to part with my brand new washer and dryer so I’m happy with my decision and overall pleased !

ve been living here for about 5 months, and overall, it’s been a decent experience. The apartment itself is fairly nice, with all the necessary amenities. Maintenance has been prompt when needed, though there have been a couple of instances where they took a little longer than expected to respond. The location is great—close to shops and public transport—but there’s some noise at night, which can be a bit disruptive. The building could benefit from more soundproofing. The management team is friendly but could improve on communication when it comes to updates about building issues. Overall, it’s been fine for the short time I’ve lived here, but I’m still deciding if it’s the right fit for the long term.”

The apartments need to be updated. New appliances, new painting. I’ve been in my apartment for 4 years and nothing has been changed or upgraded but has had a rent increase every year. The roaches are outrageous. Pest control does not show up but we pay monthly. We spray our own home defense every day nothing helps . All of our windows are field with mold and we can’t see out of them due to how foggy they are.

I only been out here for a couple months but I love it so far….im looking forward to helping a couple of my friends and family to move down here

Ms Kimberly and the staff were very helpful And polite. She made this experience easy. A lot of things have changed since I had a apartment so she walked me through the process.

Everyone is nice and I haven't any problems with anything. I enjoyed my experience from the beginning. The staff is awesome and if have any questions they respond very quickly.

The staff is very friendly and helpful,I have been a tenant for quite some time and I like here quit and people friendly .I really appreciate the help that they have been giving me

The leading team Maria, Kimberly and the manager Shyril were great. They were so kind and patient with me. They all went above and beyond to get me into a nice apartment close to the entry so I don’t have to walk too far because I don’t have car as yet. I walk too far the gate and the bus stop is right there.

It’s been great! The complex is always quiet and well maintained. if there an issue it’s usually resolved in a couple days. There’s not really any problems I can find except the front gate.

It was a great experience. I really love working with Kim. The heat was not working in my apartment and she did everything in her power to to make me comfortable. Even going above and beyond to get it fixed!

Every imperfection is just painted over not fixed or cleaned, bugs showing up after move in ; it’s a decent apartment for first time renters.

I have been living here for two years, and I enjoy my space, the maintenance staff is very helpful, and I like the new management. I am able to communicate with someone face to face at most times.

I have not had any Issues since I've been here I've been here since September. Everything has been going well maintenance have came in and repaired things on time. It's just a great place to be right now.

Prompt, responsive and private. We value privacy and this community appears to have respected ours. The facilities and property are maintained pretty well thus far, another great gem. Thank you!

It’s a ok out here but the price is to high I think when you renew your lease the leasing agent should renew carpet paint and give the same price as they give the new tenant when they have a deal for that same year I think we should’ve washer and dryer and have assented to help resident when they loose they job if they been living out hear for over a year give themup to 4 months to get back on the feet before kicking them out in the cold yall know the price of living is high and when the price go up the job they had when they move in here they pay is still the same so we have to rob Peter just to pay Paul a old saying help of the community with job out hear like painting cleaning the unit anything so they can feed they kids or pay they rent before putting them out because they lost their job we all need help because without the tenants you wouldn’t have a job out here

Been living here 2 years and it’s been amazing and difficult ,, but all is well,, at least I have a place to stay at, it could be better but hey it is what it is

I been with the community going on two years. I love my apartment. It’s quite. And we have security that’s a plus in my book. And the property is convenient to the highway access.

My experience living here so far is nice I haven’t had any problems with neighbors, management, or maintenance. It’s quiet for the most part and clean. The only thing that bothers me is I was told I would have a washer/dryer when I moved in I been living here for almost 4-5 months and I still don’t have one and it’s really inconvenience me. Other than that it’s been great living here so far I would definitely renew.

Pretty good community. Office and maintenance not very responsive usually quiet but a lot of construction and people don’t pick up the their dog poop

New people took over a family. You would think as a mom she would make sure things are done right. Since the new people took over HORRIBLE. The trash dumpster hasn’t been working since March they have a big nasty ?? dumpster in front rats are crazy here. I been here for 4 years and it’s never been like this. Maintenance sit on their phones took a month to fix my kitchen sink. I pay my rent on time the every month. It’s writing on the walls that has been there for months and hasn’t been cleaned up. Horrible place run DO NOT MOVE HERE

My experience moving into Elite at City Park was a very comfortable. Ms. Hillery and Ms.Abernathy were very professional and very knowledgeable of the community and the apartment complex. I look forward living in this community. R.Smith

Mold has taken over my entire apartment and I’ve put in numerous work orders before it got to this point. I’ve lost everything and now facing eviction because I won’t pay rent. How can someone pay rent when they’re resident is not even livable??. The smell is so loud it hits you as soon as you walk into the unit.

If you love living with roaches and mold then you’re in luck! Can’t forget about the incompetent staff who can’t think their way out of a wet paper bag. Then there’s the overzealous rent-a-cop who actually thinks he can arrest people. Please don’t waste your time or money.

They are the rude to residents . Don’t expect them to move you when the day they are suppose to . They will yell and blame you for not having staff to repair or get apartments ready . I been living here for a year it’s been hell was transferring to another unit it’s been a month and a half and still nothing. I was told by the manager to leave her alone is tgat the way to talk to residents. Please 2nd 3rd and 4th guess this place . The will tell you lies daily but I have all recorded phone calls to verify my statement . As a single parent that works everyday the last thing I need to worry about is my kids gone be in a apartment b4 Xmas or do we have to live out of boxes .

very unprofessional. they switch their lease up as you go along. Mold and mildew with work orders that's not put forward til months later. kids out at all types of times. they very rude in the office. roaches are taken over. garbage is over flowing by the ton. -please run do not move here. they will show you the best apartment but move you into a bad one. pool is nasty. steps to apartment smell like pee and kids hang all night. gate to come in always broke so anyone can come into the complex

I had just moved down here from PA and was looking for a nice one bedroom for me and my cat Mr. Whiskers. The staff tried everything they could to get me my apartment but there just weren’t any available. I will definitely try again in the future because the staff was so nice and professional!

I came in to inquire about specials and pricing for one bedroom apartments.Although there were none available,The Staff here was so helpful in giving me other options to accommodate my needs and budget.

I applied on Monday . The apartments had a very nice floor plan and the staff were also very nice and helpful. I would have moved in but they didn't have anything available for the time I needed to move in .

My mother resides there, she's 70 and her air conditioning has not been fixed. Luckily, she can stay with me but why hasn't it been fixed yet! Its been almost a week! Would you do this to your mother? She's missing work waiting on you to fix this problem. You do realize its 90 degrees outside. Shame on you!

I just moved in and my toilets don’t work I’m missing doors my door knobs are missing, I don’t have a stove or refrigerator. There is black mold around the window I don’t have blinds to my window, my water does not work especially the hot water, there are spider webs every where, the vents are dusty and my apartment smelled like wet carpet. The kids were jumping up and down on my uhaul and they were very disrespectful. There was loud music being played and dudes had their car in the middle of the road doors open just talking and smoking.

I've been here for 4 years now, when I first moved out here they had security (Atlanta Police) and it was quiet. It's like Afghanistan over here now.. shooting every night.. if you don't believe me, look up the name of the apartments.. kids are disrespectful, management doesn't care. There's a lady in the office that is so nasty and so rude.. no customer service what so ever... don't letc the outside fool you.. that's how they trap people moving in.. from bed bugs in certain people apartments to the Maintenance men not fixing nothing.. apartments have black mold in there... These apartments NEED to be shut down...

Not very safe the adults fight with kids they shoot alot the tear up everything just around bad community cameras don't work then say that they do but when you need them they say it's broken

They could be a lot better. I don't feel they provide enough safety for me and my family. The people in the neighborhood steal light bulbs from in front of your door. The kids in the neighborhood have no respect for the property or the adults that live here.
