At Circa LA, cell phone reception is poor, the Wi-Fi is unreliable, and right after moving in, the air conditioning was broken. Hot water takes more than five minutes to come out, the hallways often reek of garbage, and there are leaks from the ceiling. These are far too many inconveniences. Especially for such a high-priced apartment, having these kinds of issues is a very bad experience. These problems need to be addressed and improved.

I made a grave mistake by living in Circa for over a year. The building is in a state of disrepair and perpetually dirty. The 8th floor reeks of dog urine, and the elevators and water systems are constantly out of order, undergoing maintenance or experiencing leaks. What makes this situation even more frustrating is the incompetence of the management, Kevin and Luke, who consistently refuse to address any issues. To make matters worse, Circa permits Airbnb rentals despite being prohibited in the leasing contract. l've complained to management about my neighbor's Airbnb and reported multiple incidents involving Airbnb guests, including police calls, attempted break-ins to my apartment, harassment and employee had open my package and stole the context. Management has shown no interest in taking action. Additionally, marijuana smoking is rampant throughout the building, despite it being explicitly prohibited. There were also numerous car break-ins due to the fact that the building is not fully secured I've attached pics. Furthermore, Circa has been involved in controversy, leading to a criminal complaint against its employees for attempted rape. You certainly don't get the quality and peace of mind for the price you pay. I strongly advise you to stay away! I'm glad I'm no longer living through that hell. I would give it no stars if I could

Circa La is a beautiful place to live located in a great and easily accessible location. We just love how spacious our unit is, the high ceilings and all the windows that provide such gorgeous views. The amenities are nice and are also well maintained. We did have a few issues upon move-in however maintenance and staff did an excellent job at resolving it. We especially love the community activities and holiday parties at Circa. So much effort is put into providing the residents with fun experiences.

Circa is undeniably beautiful. The location is prime, the amenities are luxury and the units are all beautiful with amazing views. With that being said, there are a few constant opportunities: -The front desk associates. They are pretty rude, unprofessional and will send anyone to your door without calling you first. They compromise our safety daily. -Hot water goes in and out. I’ve taken more cold to luke warm showers than I should’ve. -My windows have been filthy for 10 months. Tenants (or AirBnB travelers) throw stuff from the balconies and sometimes your window is the lucky one. Multiple complaints and still no action. The crane is always broken. -Management is non-existent when you need them. They will however be at the extravagant events they throw for guest on the rooftop. -Floors are thin. Easily the worst place I have ever lived. I haven't had working hot water in my master bathroom in weeks, management is completely unresponsive and the place in general is quite dirty. Honestly nothing luxurious about it and highly recommend people do not rent here.

Circa offers luxury apartments in Downtown LA. Moving from San Francisco was tough but the staff at Circa were very resourceful and helpful. I completed everything virtually. The leasing staff were very helpful and assist me throughout the process.

This place is beautiful, eveey time I have a friend over it takes their breath away. The view, the location, the amenities and the luxury living as a whole is second to none in my opinion. It's pretty hard to beat this location.

I got this place to get away from home and work. I absolutely love how clean and quite it is here. Even with the protest it was quiet. The unit is very well sound proofed. Love it here.

My leasing agent doesn’t respond to email for days and days and I have never been so frustrated with leasing an apartment. I have to call and speak to other agent to get update for my lease and get clarification due to the whole process is unclear. She kind of have an attitude and every time finding tons of excuses. After I moved in and i only ask for help from other leasing agent because I know she cannot help me and she doesn’t want to. Nothing she gave me was working.

Beautiful views, spacious apartment layouts, fully functional appliances. Staff is friendly and always ready to help, my packages arrive without issues. Staff has taken the pandemic as seriously as they need to and I'm made to feel safe at home in a chaotic neighborhood.

I had two requirements when shopping for my new apartment: floor to ceiling windows and staples center view. Not only did Circa deliver, it also came with amazing amenities such as the city view gym, study lounge and two pools! I don't think there's another spot that makes you feel like the pandemic doesn't exist.

From the first time I toured the property with Bryant to moving into the building the customer service has been impeccable. The amenities are top-notch. The elevators and hallways are always spotless not to mention smell good. You will not see any trash/debris on the grounds which include the parking structure. It's evident the staff takes pride in what they do. GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME!

Circa La is an amazing place to live, its the best place Ive lived so far honestly. The maintenance comes to you very fast when you put in a request and once theyre here they are in and out. The 8th floor is a big plus here as well. Its a very nice lounging area to just relax and watch tv with fresh air or even play some cool games. Anyways I highly recommended living at the Circa to anyone its very beautiful here.

Ive been telling all my friends and family how great CIRCA LA is! You truly feel like youre getting what youre paying for. Truly exceptional service, amenities, cleanliness, location, quality.
