This is a pretty great place to live! Spacious floor plans, the price you pay is pretty darn low for the square footage that you get! The maintenance guys are awesome! The manager is fantastic! Those guys do a lot to keep this place great that goes unnoticed and I want them to know a lot of us actually appreciate what they do everyday! Keep up the good work!

First the property manager lied to my daughter when she first signed to move in. The rude manager told my daughter one price and changed it up to $100 more when she moved in. My daughter is a single working mom trying her best, but the Manager didn't care to work with her. Do not move here. They need to fire this ignorant liar of a manager. The laundry area is disgusting and dirty. Look somewhere else.

The content of your review is deeply troubling, as we are dedicated to maintain honest work practices, and would never wrongfully charge any of our residents. All fees have been outlined in our lease agreement, and should she have any questions regarding her payments, we'd be happy to answer them here at the office. We understand she may be undergoing some difficulties; however, we are still required to follow Fair Housing Laws and apply all the same rates to each of our residents, despite their specific situation. We appreciate you bringing your views regarding the laundry room to our attention, and we'll be sure to take this into serious consideration. These apartments are kid friendly. Lots if kids to play with. Safe environment. The swimming area is always clean. The maintenance people are very nice.
