Not bad, amenities aren’t the greatest and my oven and dishwasher were older. Overall a good, safe, quiet place. I don’t know how much they will raise my rent by but I expect it to be enough to make me want to move haha. I wouldn’t pay anything more than what I already pay.

The walls are thick and apartments are cute but ours was a disaster when we moved in and a lot was broken. Management could do better posting important information in common areas instead of relying on you to see an email. All in all a decent place.

It’s not what it used to be that’s for sure. The neighborhood itself is pleasant enough but the neighbors are less than desirable. The pool is open all year long and there is a new workout facility
Our unit was not at all ready for move in on the day we got our keys, 10/14/2024. We spent our first week here with repairs and cleaning galore, stalling our ability to unpack and make ourselves at home. I’ve moved many times in my life and was very disappointed by the lack of preparedness of unit 0637. While the employees were very nice, I know this all could have been avoided by better inspection and maintenance prior to move in. I was told this unit was empty for quite a while before we rented it and so I can’t imagine why it was in such a state on our move in day.
Love this property, friendly, clean, well maintained. The maintenance staff here is on par and gets the jobs done in a timely manner and with quality.

Quiet, clean, nice! Great community facilities including remodeled fitness room and pool/spa area. Plenty of parking. Maintenance is quick to respond and they are polite and efficient. The units are spacious, and I love the 12 foot ceilings and plank floors! We have been super happy here.

El lugar es muy bueno pero demasiado expensive, y lo peor que vienen cargos sorpresas. Y eso me tiene frustrated no quisiera irme del lugar por la seguridad pero tendremos que buscar otra opcion que sea más economic.
I'm in my third year of leasing here in Cherrywood Village. I absolutely love it. So very convenient to all the various things I do in Parker and the surrounding area. Also, very convenient for my grocery shopping. If I want to head North or West, I'm three blocks away from jumping on E-470. All in all, I just love it here.

The place is a dump. I don't know what happened in the past year. Wish I was able to post pics. Our first year in blg #12 was great. Clean, nice caring neighbors . We enjoyed it. Bldg. #4 is a different story. The corridors are constantly filled with trash. Neighbors are unfriendly and don't pick up after their dogs. Multiple broken window screens are hanging off and broken. The rats are back The potholes were filled through, thanks.

I'm giving 2 stars and I think that's maybe too generous. First night with the keys and this place is DIRTY. Hair INSIDE the refrigerator on multiple surfaces, jelly(? Some red goo) on the bottom of one of the fridge shelves, cracking paint and silicone everywhere. Every surface that shouldn't have paint on it has splatters all over. The counter surface in the bathroom is chipped and the under side is not sealed and has clearly gotten wet and can be chipped off like cork board. There's a 3m command strip on the wall that got painted over- the little no damage pull tab is hanging up with a different color paint under it. There's a piece of food in the center of the stove. One of the window locks is missing. There's an electrical outlet that is smashed in. It's bad, I could go on.

Overall happy with the place and my experience so far. Staff is friendly and responsive. Facilities are nice. I wish the gym was air conditioned

Very noisy neighbors above me, leasing office tries their best to reaolve that issue. Property seems well maintained and maintence is done regularly. Work orders are taken care of fairly quickly. For first floor residents when i moved in was told all breezeways were cleaned every friday, upon not being done for months i called and checked up on why, said it is only done when residents request them to be cleaned. Took 3 weeks for them to get around to it, and still have to call when it does need to be done. Not a dan of that. Upon moving in, had a fee maintence requests taken care of and still need more done. Overall, the experience has not been good.

CherryWood Villages are a beautiful place to call home. The grounds are well kept, maintenance crew is awesome, nice community and great management. I have lived here for almost 9 months now and every time I had a challenge, maintenance problem or c oncern the management and crew has been very responsive.. Fitness room was recently remodeled making for a nice little escape for some fitness and lounging in the pool area is always enjoyeable on a warm day.

Convenient location, constantly are doing renovations and construction, apartments are nice and homey. Parking is good unless school is getting in or out, then traffic is very bad because of parents parking in the lot to pick up or drop off kids

The moving in process was very painless and easy. I have lived here for a little less than a week so far but I am a huge fan of my neighbors, the environment and I feel safe here with my dog and child.

It’s a great place to live. Very family friendly and the staff work so hard to make things the best they can be. The only thing I would recommend is that the gated park needs to be updated because the big slide is a little wobbly.

Really disappointed in my time here. While it seems like they try there is no actual improvement to any of the issues that come up. I moved across the country to be deceived into what seems like a nice place to live only to have wasted my money and have no choice but to stay.

Have been dealing with a repair from a burst pipe since January, Its now July. Even when I receive notice they are going to do maintenance half the time no one shows up. They recently did a renovation to the club house and took out the delivery lockers and put bins out so you have the pleasure of digging through every package to find yours. For the price find somewhere else

Our apartment and apartment community has been great so far! The leasing specialist, Hanna has gone above and beyond to help us settle in. We were nervous about moving to a new state and secured our lease before even being able to visit the apartment in person. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived! The apartment is beautiful, the community is quiet and calm, and we are very grateful we found a place like this to call home.
