It is a good place to live, it has pretty much everything you need to keep up with you day and the staff is very attentive and helpful. Neighbors are nice and all collaborate to keep our space clean and how we all like it.

I love my home so far. The more I decorate it feels more and more like home. I absolutely love the monthly events, the pools, and all the amenities on the property. I just wish there was a little more privacy on the back patio. Other than that I don’t really have any complaints.

There staff are all so nice and caring. Always understanding and wanting to help out. I love the pond and the well put areas to walk. My little cousin loves the park when he comes over he can’t stop asking to go. The walking path is amazing.

It's decent. Not the greatest place on earth but it's pretty good. Maintenence is quick and gets the job done, any of the other residents I've interacted with have been decent people. My biggest complaint is how inconsistent the trash pick up is. Half of the time when we put out our trash it never gets picked up. As far as we know we are doing everything correctly, and no one has said differently. Wish we could forego the trash fee and do it all ourselves but you have to pay the fee.

Over priced, considering it takes 3 incomes to have enough to pay bills and rent which constitutes not being able to enjoy the "amenities" we pay for. On top of being told what we can have outside the apartment we pay to live in. Also management isn't very polite and can't seem to comprehend losing rental assistance money that was sent in to them is a very big issue. Overall it has not been a great experience living at Chelsea Place Apartments.

Our residency at Chelsea Place Apartments has been wonderful thus far! Love how the upkeep of the property is ongoing. I love my home, I love everything that it comes with. The staff has been really helpful, and I LOVE the events for the residents every month! It’s really good to be able to come together and enjoy an evening after work. My only con so far is that I can smell cigarette and weed smoke in my downstairs area from a neighbor.

There were times where I felt unsafe because of incidents around or on this property, but I love that this place offers so much for the price you are paying... Garden, Lake, Gym, size of apartment.

Love living here ???? y'all are speedy fixing things y'all are nice when we need anything and are nicely priced and happy to be a tenant so keep up the good work ????

Great staff, nice, helpful, caring. Amazing amenities like multiple pool and a gym. Resident portal easy to navigate. Great area super close to town.

I’ve lived at Chelsea Place Apartments in Murfreesboro, TN, for 2 years, and my experience has been mostly positive. Pros: The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major roads. The apartments are spacious and reasonably priced compared to other options in the area. The community is generally quiet, and I’ve felt safe living here.

My experience was pretty good. The only complains I have is parking was a disaster because all the spots near my unit were always taken. I even contacted the staff about a truck that had been there for over a year and never moved with flat tires and expired tags and was told they would have it towed. It’s still there. Other than that encounter, the office staff and maintenance team have always been friendly and quick to help. The walls are thin so you can hear everything from the unit next door and above you. Other than those things, I have enjoyed staying here.

It’s been amazing, I loved the past two years here. Nothing compares to anywhere else in the Murfreesboro area. Love that it is quiet and the neighborhood is friendly!

All the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. Wonderful community with events, fun loyalty program with points. Apartment is my dream apartment. Scenery is gorgeous.

So far these last couple months have been pretty good no issues with my apartment no harm the community is good needs more surveillance around these apartments for sure but Besides that it has been great place for anyone to live!!!
