The complex is beautiful! The staff and maintenance staff are great!! My apartment was nice and clean upon move in and my pets love walking around the complex with no issues!!

The staff, amenities, and community events are all wonderful. However, the interior of my apartment could use a touch-up. Paint is peeling, lvt flooring is coming up, doors don't fit in door frames properly... It's an old building so I understand some of the issues but other issues are just from trying to pinch pennies. The exterior of the building could use a touch-up too. Patio bushes, grass near patios, flowers, etc. are non-existent. The sprinklers don't work properly and create puddles in the middle of sidewalks. Grilling stations are very minimal as well. They could use some love.

I love my home so far. The more I decorate it feels more and more like home. I absolutely love the monthly events, the pools, and all the amenities on the property. I just wish there was a little more privacy on the back patio. Other than that I don’t really have any complaints.

There staff are all so nice and caring. Always understanding and wanting to help out. I love the pond and the well put areas to walk. My little cousin loves the park when he comes over he can’t stop asking to go. The walking path is amazing.

It's decent. Not the greatest place on earth but it's pretty good. Maintenence is quick and gets the job done, any of the other residents I've interacted with have been decent people. My biggest complaint is how inconsistent the trash pick up is. Half of the time when we put out our trash it never gets picked up. As far as we know we are doing everything correctly, and no one has said differently. Wish we could forego the trash fee and do it all ourselves but you have to pay the fee.

Over priced, considering it takes 3 incomes to have enough to pay bills and rent which constitutes not being able to enjoy the "amenities" we pay for. On top of being told what we can have outside the apartment we pay to live in. Also management isn't very polite and can't seem to comprehend losing rental assistance money that was sent in to them is a very big issue. Overall it has not been a great experience living at Chelsea Place Apartments.

Our residency at Chelsea Place Apartments has been wonderful thus far! Love how the upkeep of the property is ongoing. Management doesn’t just wait to receive maintenance requests, when we have visited the office for any reason, we have also been asked if anything needs repairing in our unit. Would love to enjoy my fireplace. and The huge water bugs are annoying and getting worse as far as randomly coming out in odd places rather than the doorway or kitchen area
