Chamonix is an apartment community located in Hudson County and the 07002 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Bayonne attendance zone.
Surrounded on three sides by water, Bayonne is connected to Staten Island by the Bayonne Bridge and facing Queens to the east and Newark to the west. While historically a city built upon shipping and industry, the local economy now leans more heavily on healthcare, with the Bayonne Medical Center serving as the largest local employer. Broadway serves as the main commercial corridor of the city, flanked on either side by residential neighborhoods.
The housing market incorporates a wide selection of historic apartment buildings and charming single-family homes; while rental rates can be a bit steep, they are quite competitive for the New York area, which has drawn commuters who seek close access to the city without the exorbitant cost of living. Bayonne also benefits from a very low crime rate, boosting the appeal for folks seeking a quieter home environment than the Big Apple can offer.

Property Ratings at Chamonix
Garden of Eden is the old name of my apartment. Chamonix is the name of its fancy building that's faced by an amazing park. The park size is almost eighth the size of Central Park. So I have a great view of the park and nobody can view me. I have total privacy. I can open all windows and enjoy the green in the summer or the ice covering the park and its trees in the winter. Also in the winter I can see Newark Bay because the trees have less leaves. The building entrance is Marple and mirror. It is simply decorated and has an elite sofa if you need to set a second until the elevator comes. All floors are well-maintained. The corridors are covered by nice paintings. My neighbor is a fine art professor. My floor has the most amazing paintings in the building. He gave them as gifts to the building. The entrance of my apartment is covered by luxurious mirrors. If you make a right, it leads you to the dinning table that is open to the living/ guest room. The guest room has a nice balcony and a window. The balcony is a nice place for breakfast in sunny and nice days. The floor is all hardwood. My roommate's sister can't stop starring at our floor. She says,"I've neva seen such a shiner flowa". I think there is a secret behind that amazing floor. Back to the entrance that lead us to the dining room but this time we'l go straight to the kitchen that is open to the dining room but still has a table with 2 little sofas as if it is a dinner table. but before we goo deep in the kitchen let's make a left so we will be parallel to the dinning room and will separate between it and our corridor a nice closet. on the left side there is a big bathroom with a bathtub. Then with a separate door there is a one bedroom has a huge closet and big widows. Bothe the kitchen and the bathrooms have good size are bright because they have good size windows. I love to shower in the bathtub while having the liner only because I like to watch the birds and Canada geez flying and at the park. Describing my apartment might sound as if it is Garden of Eden but seeing it, confirms that.
