Staff is awesome especially Michael. He gives 5 star service every time. Apartment is great and neighbors are very nice. Noise levels are just fine. Breezeways and elevator could be cleaner, but definitely not the worst I’ve seen. I do have to rate my experience lower though because I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with the parking situation. It’s a Monday night and there isn’t a single spot available to park in except the spots by the office. My boyfriend had to park there and I now need to drive him up to his car in the morning because the walk in the heat would be uncomfortable. Super inconvenient. I really hope that eventually there’s some kind of visitor registration or an audit on abandoned vehicles. The truck next to my carport hasn’t moved in 5 days. Not even once. There’s also a motorcycle that hasn’t moved in 5 days as well, I’m sure that person has another car or two. I’m praying that they enforce strict towing rules soon because this is crazy.

Although the application process was a bit complicated due to unforeseen circumstances, the leasing office was easy to communicate with and Jovan was incredibly helpful and patient with my frequent calls and emails. Unfortunately, our move in details were changed at the last minute. But again, the leasing office was incredibly helpful and empathetic to our situation, offering assistance in every way possible. The apartments are beautiful, the property is clean and peaceful, and maintenance has been very quick to respond. I am to happy I found this community and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

It's a quiet and pleasant place, affordable for a walk with children. The apartments are also comfortable. It's a good place to live. The neighbors are responsible.

A very nice community! Well taken care of with the best maintenance staff that I have ever had! The amenities are pretty limited with just a pool, gym, and dog park. But, the neighborhood surrounding the area is very peaceful and quiet. An issue that this complex has is the parking. Inviting others over can be pretty difficult due to the limted parking spaces or over abundant reserved parking spaces.

I’ve been here a month now and I absolutely love it here! I have really great neighbors. The community is extremely quiet. I also love how clean and secure the community is.

I am honored to be a resident here since 2018. The property is well maintained and the office and maintenance staff is top notch. I highly recommend Century Travesia to anyone looking to find a great place to call home!

The majority of my experience has been good my only complaint would be that I needed my fridge fixed at one point and they took everything out of my freezer and left it there.

I moved from downtown Rainy Street in June 2024. This community is calm and quiet, and the price is right for the space. I love living here, and the management is on top of things.

It’s a good apartment complex overall, and the maintenance team is very helpful. However, there are issues that are not effectively addressed by the management, and it shows (such as enforcing consequences for not cleaning up after pets).

Seems a great place to live, big and beautiful pool area, neighbors look nice, it feels secure, gates are always closed. I hope I can enjoy the rest of my stay here.

Great place to live! The apartment is well-maintained,located in a convenient area with easy access to shop and restaurants. The management is responsive and the community is friendly and safe.

I've lived at this property now for almost 8 years. I've been very happy with living here with the amenities, service, area, location, etc. It's usually fairly quiet, anytime I go to the pool it's been a pleasant experience, the neighbors are good people, and anytime I need maintenance/service/assistance the front office is more than happy to promptly assist. I'd be happy to recommend anyone to live here.

The maintenance crew (e.g. Marco) is a gem. He is timely, thoughtful, and always willing to do whatever it takes to take care of any issue. He fixed a nagging issue with my front door lock not working properly and smoke detectors randomly beeping. Thanks so much!

The complex and staff are amazing! I’ve lived here for 6 years. The 3 star rating is sadly due to the residents. This past 6 months people throw their trash on the ground rather than the trash cans and dog poop everywhere. Which is really sad since the staff go above and beyond to show love to our four legged residents. There’s a dog park, wash station, and poop disposal stations with bags all throughout the community. Residents just being lazy and irresponsible. It’s sad because the community really is beautiful.

Coming from a different community really brings this one out! The sunsets and sunrises are beautiful, and I have a great view of the sunsets!

Enjoyable experience living at Century Travesia. Maintenance crew is timely and diligent with everything from small (HVAC filter and LED bulb changes) to big (new hot water heater and fixing dishwasher). Thanks for everything you do!

We've lived here for for 5 years and for the most part the experience has been very pleasant. The maintenance staff is very helpful and the residents are quite and keep to themselves.

Love everything about this complex and the quality of the units are good (built before COVID lol…). I don’t have a dog yet but have met a ton of dog parents and everyone’s so nice! Cons: - I had a bit of an issue moving in with the bathroom needing a repair but it was fixed asap (literally a day after I put the repair order in and it was put in on the weekend), and my locked always gets jammed (not to the point where I’ve ever had issues getting in or out) - Parking is HORRIBLE if you don’t have a designated spot and they won’t let you pay for an extra soot. SOLUTION: lots of grassy area they could use for parking spots. - Lease says your packages will be put in the hub, but ALL of mine have come to my door so far. I want them locked up and safe. The complex doesn’t enforce this. Pros: - Leasing office staff is super friendly (Jovan is GREAT!). - Apartments feel clean and safe - Balconies are MASSIVE - Sq ft/pricing is unbeatable! - Generally soundproof

We’ve only been here for about 4 months, and so far we’ve been very comfortable living here. When we first moved in, the gates were broken, but they fixed them about two months ago. We just hope they don’t break again. Maintenance is prompt in fixing whatever issues we have in the apartment, so that’s also nice about this complex.

The process of leasing and move in has been really smooth and stress free . Jovan has been very helpful and addressed all my queries. The people are friendly, its a gated community so i feel safe. Also its very clean and the apartments are great..

Javon was great and willing to go the extra mile for us. We had a smooth transition into our new home. The office employees made us feel welcome and supported.

Excellent 1-day maintenance support! Anything from HVAC filter changes; toilet clogged; garbage disposal not working properly; LED bulb changes; etc.

Overall good apartment building, I love the community and amenity’s that they offer here. The biggest problem is the water pressure in my unit, the sink has no pressure behind it. Was told that they’ll get it working months ago. Six months here and it feels like it’s gotten worse.

Just picked up my keys the other day and so far LOOOOVE the apartments!! My apartment is so nice and I have a great view from my balcony. All the amenities are nice and the complex is HUGE!! LOVE IT HERE!!!

Staff has been incredibly helpful and got us into an apartment very quickly! Not only that, the community is kept clean and all maintenance is incredibly well done and efficient!

It’s been nice, had a few repairs that needed done upon moving in. Jovan is professional and on top of things! Neighbors are quiet, perfect area to live in, close to everything!

Very happy to be here. some little things but nothing too bad. The pool is excellent as is the gym. The place is quiet. The maintenance team is fast although they have had to go to my apartment several times but it is pleasant so far to live here.

Everything was an easy process. Fast & efficient. The only thing is I didn’t see the unit prior to moving in. 1st day, I see roaches. Just a tad worried. The outlets in the kitchen have a hazard issue. Hopefully it’ll be taken care of soon.

It’s been so nice moving in. Everything has been clean and working. Completely shattered every ceiling of expectation that I had. Moving is hard but it has been so worth it. I love the calmness of the community. I look forward to making a home here. :)

Century Travesia is the best community to live. It is close to all the major highways and the freeways. It is closer to gas stations, grocery store.

I have loved my first couple of months here! The community is quiet and well maintained. The amenities are really nice, and the location is great. Definitely would recommend living here.

My move in was great other than a few minor issues! Easy to move in with an elevator. I love my new home, The kitchen is great and neighbors are friendly.

The complex is well kept, clean, and has great amenities. I like going on walks, and it’s a pleasant place to do so. It’s usually pretty quiet, and so far, I’ve really enjoyed living here.

Very nice and great location to get to Mopac and 35. When I submit anything that needs to be fixed they get right on it, and it is so easy to submit the request.
