Moving abroad is always a harrowing experience but the team at Centerline made it that much easier. The website was well-updated, and the team was responsive over email (which was a blessing as I did not have a US phone number yet). The leasing team was patient and friendly when I asked a ton of questions about the community and leasing process, and provided me with well-taken video tours of available units. I signed the lease without physically viewing the unit, and everything was pretty much to my expectations once I moved in. I felt very supported during my move-in process too. Highly recommend this community!

We have loved living at Centerline for so many reasons but we especially appreciate that the front office staff and maintenance team are so friendly to us and our dog when we see them in the building. The front office was especially helpful, patient, and communicative when we were applying for the MFTE housing program, which we really appreciated. The maintenance team is so responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our dog loves when they come by to fix things, they are so kind to her and us!

The staff is very kind with residential concerns and creative with the events they put on. I love how clean everything feels, even the trash and recycling/compost areas. I love that there are refrigerators in the package room. The view from the top deck is lovely. I love the layout of the unit and the extra wardrobe and desk. The appliances, countertops, and amazing full-sized feature-rich washer/dryers are great! I love that the elevators are fairly fast, though it is rare that I run into other residents. But when I do, everyone has been kind. Thank you for a wonderful community!

I love living at Centerline. I don’t just live here but I work here. Centerline is my most favorite building I’ve ever lived at I love the amenities. I love the people out of the residence. Also, the events are top notch I highly recommend Centerline for anyone looking to live in Seattle or Tucked in such a cute area right by Roosevelt high school, and everything is in walking distance.

I have so far enjoyed being a resident at centerline. I recommend this apartment building and its amenities.
Moving from out of state can be challenging. Centerline made my transition go very smoothly. Exploring the neighborhood was easy and convenient. It’s close to shopping, dining and public transportation. My dog and I felt right at home from the first day.
Amazing apartment, excellent and well-maintained amenities, and extremely professional management. Bonus: maintenance/janitorial staff are all amazing and very kind as well!

My experience at Centerline has been wonderful down to that residence maintenance staff office staff amenity spaces. Its a clean community and everybodys very friendly. We love the rooftop areas in the jam room! I highly recommend living at Centerline!!!

Centerline is a wonderful apartment complex in a great location. The homes and facilities are all new and put together with thoughtful design toward today's work, live and play from home lifestyle. The staff is wonderful. The common areas and rooftop create a sense of community from day one that you move in. The apartments are excellent. Management is very helpful. It is very easy to communicate with them. Amenities are high quality and easily accessible. Building is peaceful and silent. Be aware that some of the units dont have an operable windows.

I moved into Centerline a couple of weeks ago and I absolutely love living here! There are a ton of great amenities and the floorplans are very efficient with space and storage. It's also in a great location - walking distance from several different grocery stores, restaurants, Greenlake, and only a couple blocks away from the future light rail. What more could one ask for?

My wife and I are empty nesters who decided to downsize and we love living at Centerline. Our apartment is very bright and the amenities (gym, rooftop deck, community space) are great.
