We love CC Tan Center, as it’s situated close to the freeway, making it very easy to get out into LA. We’re also close to downtown Glendale, so we can take advantage of all the shopping and dining in our area. The complex is kept very clean and the amenities in our unit are all brand new. Our neighbors are friendly and the maintenance team are all super helpful and respond very quickly. I recommend it to all of my friends looking for a safe, clean, and fairly affordable place to live in Glendale.

Throwaway account, just wanted to share a recent experience so folks can learn from my mistakes. Do not attempt to move into the CC Tan Center in Glendale without a backup property lined up. I am currently in transit to Glendale to move into the apartment. I have just been told they are cancelling my lease before it begins because the current tenant will not move out and they say there is nothing they can do. I am now over a thousand dollars out of pocket for car hire and moving costs. I am sitting on the side of the road attempting to find an alternative apartment so I do not become homeless when the moving truck arrives. The leasing office kept stringing me along telling me the apartment would be ready until the last second. You cannot move to this apartment without at least 2 weeks of overlap, in case they cancel on you due to an issue with the current tenants. And before you ask - yes, this is permitted in their lease. All standard Greystar leases waive responsibility for cancelling leases due to building work or overstay of existing tenants. All application fees are also non-refundable. Just something to bear in mind if you ever try to move to Glendale and are considering the CC Tan Center.

CC Tan Center is a lovely apartment complex that is very clean, safe, and friendly. The management is kind and the maintenance team is efficient and very helpful. Overall, I've loved living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great modern apartment for much less cost than many of the luxury apartment complexes in Glendale.

This property has fantastic amenities, is in a prime location, and management has the special element of the human touch. There is a gym, various outdoor lounge areas, a community room, the building recycles, pets are welcome, you feel safe as the building is access controlled, there's plenty of guest parking (parking pass required), and you have easy access to the 5 or 134 freeway. You feel as though you're dealing with a real human. I had major surgery and needed help with the basics (food, bathing, walking my dog, etc.). Management was so kind about allowing me to borrow a second set of keys/fob so my sister could take care of me. They are also thoughtful in that they give out goodie bags on Halloween, decorate the office on the holidays, and are very pleasant to interact with. My mother came to visit me and got lost (she's directionally challenged). The assistant manager was kind enough to take her up to the air-conditioned community room to wait for me (I was in a zoom interview) until I could get to her. I'm on a first-name basis with the maintenance man. Due to COVID, I haven't had many opportunities to get to know my neighbors, but the few I've interacted with are so kind! I love to see so many families with their kids. It's a relatively quiet complex too which is a bonus. The walls have some great soundproofing as it honestly took me weeks to realize I had a new neighbor. I didn't even realize someone had moved in/out since it's very calm and quiet. It's definitely great for a small family (3-4) with kids, couples, or individuals such as myself. Living here has been a fantastic experience and management has truly made it easy with online payment and personable service. I can call or text the manager with any questions or concerns and she is very responsive. CC Tan Center has set the bar pretty high.

CC Tan has been a great building to live in. It is in a prime location with reasonable pricing compared to nearby buildings. The leasing staff is always receptive and welcoming. The building is maintained well and has very good lighting at night, and includes 2 parking spots in a very nice garage which is always a plus!
