Property Ratings at Cathedral Lakes
This place was nice when I moved in a year ago, but it's gone downhill fast. The management is poor and will do their best to avoid any concerns you present to them. Parking is an absolute nightmare. If you get home after dark, good luck finding a spot! I've had to park at the hotel next door before. The community is "gated", but anyone can simply walk around the gate. My car has been broken into. I was told there was cameras all over the property but that is not true. The walls are VERY thin. Dogs bark all day and night and you can hear everything your neighbor does. I'm constantly up all night due to loud neighbors and their dog barking. I've complained and nothing ever gets done. There's trash all over the property and people constantly dump their furniture and it sits by the dumpster and piles up. They say the complex is "smoke free" but that's so not true. Overall, I've had a very bad experience and I can't wait to live somewhere else. Don't buy into the things they tell you when they tour. Not sure why there's so many good reviews here- I haven't spoken to anyone in the complex who has had a good experience.

I love my apartment and its setup. If I would have any complaints theres just 3 the parking, thin walls and not enough storage. Other than that its spacious, well kept, great aesthetic overall beautiful community.
Alta cathedral staff is great and make apartment living enjoyable.

This is a beautiful property and the amenities are great. The office staff is friendly. Its a new community, so as long as upkeep is consistent and high quality this will be an amazing residence for years to come.

Alta cathedral became my first apartment home and the community is great. The leasing process was made seamless by their staff and I love my view of the pool from my unit and my private lawn space. I plan to be here for the long term.
I recently moved in and have fallen in love with this place! Jaclyn was extremely helpful from the time I walked in the door all the way to my move in day. My new home overlooks the lake area and I can't wait until its done because sitting outside and watching the sunset will be awesome. The pictures are real and this place is even more beautiful in person. Ask for Jaclyn or Hannah because they are the absolute best!

This property is the best in the woodlands. They have wonderful amenities. The thing I love most is that I am the first to be in my unit since this community is brand new! Don't even get me started on the Lake that's just for us!! I could go on and on about this beautiful property. Thank you Hannah and Jaclyn, yall are the best.
I moved in at the end of April and I truly can’t say enough about this location! Spacious, located in a great area and the amenities offered have a luxurious feel like to them. The staff is fantastic and friendly too!
The overall sense of community is great, its not bright on by the property as there are no resident events which would be nice. But the residents are very friendly and will chat it up on any occasion. The staff is great, the property is great. Parking could be way better but thats worth any apartment complex. Overall Im satisfied picking Alta Cathedral Lakes
Staff is so friendly and helpful as far as moving you in and helping you with anything you need. We love it here!
Since these apartments are new its a great place to move to, brand new appliances, quiet neighborhood and secluded. Only issue is walls are kinda thin so sometimes you can hear a lot and it gets annoying but neighbors are fairly quiet and understanding.
The management staff is extremely helpful and accommodating, as well as, available 7 days a week. The apartments are brand new, so being the first tenant in the unit is a big plus. The clubhouse is very nice with several amenities for the residents. The location is excellent as well, very close to the woodlands area and right off of the Hardy Toll Road. Overall, I have enjoyed my experience very much so far and look forward to living in this community.
