Located 30 minutes from Columbus, Pataskala is a small city great for families. The suburb has a community pool, a golf course, and is packed with neighborhood parks constantly filled with children playing or teenagers hanging out. The Thomas J. Evans Foundation Park hosts multiple community events including the Easter Egg Hunt and 4th of July Fireworks Show. Good schools and access to a wide variety of shopping and local eateries attract families too. Parents who work in the city enjoy quick commutes each day. Although Pataskala is great for families, anyone can choose the town as their home.

Our hot water heater went out on a Sunday evening and Will responded right away to our call. Will determined the issue quickly and spent much time getting everything fixed so we could have hot water to start out our work week in the morning. Will is professional and always willing to help, even in a pinch.

Awful management and communication. Price gouging. Too high price for no improvements or better appliances etc. The place is simply not built for people living above you, so if you have people stomping all day/night management will do nothing about it. Had experiences in which the manager and REGIONAL MANAGER would simply not return calls.

I have lived in 4-5 apartment communities in my adult life and Catalina Club probably ranks as the best out of them all. The floorplans are well-designed, spacious, and homey. The property is in general very clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect for me, just close enough to shopping and amenities without being too much in the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive and I've never had any issues with any neighbors. They also host regular events for the residents such as pool parties, happy hours, and food trucks. I really lucked out in finding this community!

I’ve been living here since 2016 and the rent ALWAYS goes up year over year. That being said most of the staff is competent and knowledgeable. The property manager is on point and is quick to resolve any issues that arise. Maintenance is very nice and also good at keeping things up to an acceptable level of repair. Some of the staff that fills in for the property manager from time to time, should probably retire. The property itself is nice but very clearly of its age. The pool and gym are nice. Overall it’s just okay nothing stands out as being good or bad just okay

We have lived in Catalina apartments now for 3 yrs, it is absolutely beautiful. It is quite and a safe place. People are friendly and friendly pet's to walk down to the pond. They take care of their apartments as well as the grounds. We absolutely love it here!

The complex is located in an area where nature abounds and with easy access to other services. Thanks to the excellent work of those who manage the place, the attention given to the residents is of the highest quality. It is a place where we can enjoy nature and recreational spaces. It is a place where its priority is the safety and well-being of those who live here. The property manager and her team are always willing to help and solve the residents' requirements. The reports are always attended with speed and quality. The apartments are spacious and have everything you need to live comfortably and safely. It is a pet-friendly place, since it has large green areas where our furry friends can run and exercise without any problem. Catalina Club Apartments is the best place to live.

One of the best Apartment facilities I have ever dealth with. Living here has been a wonderful experience. I never thought I would get used to living in an apartment again, but an unfortunate accident caused us to downsize. The staff here at Catalina Club has made it a great experience feel right at home and I dont have to worry about maintenance, they are just great! If your looking for a new home, this is it!

Wonderful place to live. This is a nice quiet place to live. Not to far from anything. The units are spacious, have central air, storage in unit with additional storage options (garages) if needed for an additional charge. Units have their own washer and dryer hookups too. It has a Great club house, nice work out room, and pool with a grill. The staff are all wonderful people, they always respond quickly with any concerns, and are courteous. ~Daniel G~

The apartments are a good size. Neighborhood is clean and close to Kroger and most other things you need. Management is great very helpful and responsive. 2 years and never had a problem they didn’t fix in a day or 2! Torie H

It's like living at a resort! This is perfect if you are 55 & over needing a place to live while building or looking for your new home or just young & starting out. It is peaceful & beautiful w/ the pool, pond w/ fountain & wildlife from Pekin ducks, Koi fish, frogs & turtles. It even has a view of a horse farm when the leave's fall in Autumn. Management works hard to keep the property running smoothly all seasons. They have fun parties for Adults, children & pets! This is the 2 time I have lived here & hope to for many years! Love this place!

Great staff, great property maintenance, timely apartment maintenance, pet friendly, close by restaurants and stores, quiet neighborhood, pretty scenery, parties, nice pool and average pricing for being in Pataskala. I’ve been in my apartment for a little over a month now and I couldn’t be more pleased. It’s quiet and serene and I never have any issues. I feel really safe here and that means a lot as a single mother. The only downside is the apartments are a little dated for the price. It doesn’t bother me too much as they are in wonderful condition and you can’t put a price on feeling safe, but that’s the only improvement I’d suggest.

I moved into Catalina Club in January and have been nothing but pleased! The apartment is nice and spacious while not being overly priced. Catalina Club Apartments is a great place to live. My wife and I lived there for about 3 1/2 years and loved it. we were blessed with good neighbors that always seemed to get along with everybody. The Manager Joyce, takes great pride in the community. and is always checking the grounds, I have seen her stop her car and get out to pick up paper and other debris that people have thrown out of their cars. The lawn is also well taken care of by a professional lawn care service. Ben, the head of maintenance is quick to act whenever something goes wrong and requires a repair. One hot summer day our A/C quit working, he came on his day off to check it out and returned with a window unit for us to use until the proper repair could be made. I think that was above and beyond the call of duty ! The only reason that we left the Catalina Club, was to go live on the Ocean in South Carolina. Thank You Catalina Club, for a good 3 1/2 years !
This apartment is nestled in a nice, suburban area located roughly 20-30 minutes from Columbus, OH. It is surrounded by plenty of quaint farmer's markets, while also being available to banks such as Huntington, grocery stores like Kroger, and pharmacies like CVS. There are a few downsides, though. They only accept Time Warner Cable, and I have personally had a few problems with that business. The apartments are nice, and the maintenance is included. However, the upkeep of my apartment in particular was not the best when I moved in. Other than that, it is cost-efficient, and a nice place to live with outside storage, AC, balconies, and a friendly dog limit of 75 lbs.
