It’s been great living here. The complex is always kept very clean and the leasing staff really try to listen to the tenants wants. Our apartment has a great view and plenty of space.

The building is great so far and the staff is super friendly, but the parking garage is confusing and finding where everything is at is a little confusing. There should be a welcome packet with move-in outlining everything.

The place is beautiful and the people working here are extremely nice and helpful. But there were a lot of things broken upon move in and after submitting maintenance requests, only one has been addressed and it’s been 4 days since the other requests were submitted with no follow up.

I absolutely love it here. Great location, very close to Manhattan. I love that they have a shuttle that takes you to the PATH. The amenities are also amazing.

The building has very large apartments with in unit washer dryers, and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Amenities are nice with gym, pool, rooftop lounge / grill , but staff is a bit delayed dealing with issues but overall good building.

Apartments are pretty nice but elevator has been out for 2-3 weeks at this point. There are two gyms, which is nice, but location is a little far from the path. It is really good location for Jersey city and Hoboken though.

Cast Iron Lofts 1 - regular elevator breakdown is an ongoing problem. Especially elevator with parking garage access. Not referring to elevator not available due to move-in/out which further exacerbates the situation.

So far so good! The staff has been so friendly and our move in was effortless. Making my way through the amenities and already on the second day benefitted from the shuttles on a very rainy day. Looking forward to our stay!

The building provided a seamless move-in experience! Everyone has been so helpful in getting us acquainted with the building. I was putting boxes outside my door to move to the trash room when a porter came by and told me to leave it all there and he would remove it. The team here at Cast Iron is amazing!

We’ve just moved in and everyone has been very helpful and welcoming. We love the size of our apartment and the amenities on offer. However, we were disappointed to realise that the living room and bedrooms have no ceiling lights and no-one thought it important to mention this when viewing the apartment

Overall things are just okay. The communication between the office and residents when residents are looking for answers or assistance has slowed down. The maintenance team has been quick to respond to issues, however it is never a one time fix. The same issue tends to persist (blinds being put up incorrectly and falling, air conditioning breaking multiple times per week).

Amenities need better care, the gym and dog run could be better looked after. Also our dog been attacked by a large log at the dog run, so a split dog run ( large/small) would be a good idea

Every employee and resident has been sooo welcoming and helpful. I appreciate a well lit dog park across the street that feels safe even at 11:30 pm! My daughter takes the shuttle every morning and that runs very smoothly. Could not be happier with our choice to call this home.

Review of Cast Iron Lofts I - by long-standing tenant. Positive Aspects: Maintenance team and front desk super responsive and helpful. True professionals. Negative Aspects: In the past few months, residents have been assaulted with a massive level of non-stop noise throughout the work-day due to work on the outside of the building and floor repair work inside the building. It has hugely impacted the mental health and ability to work for those of us who work from home. A week or so ago, the management team started to offer working space in a connected building, but that is not feasible for those of us who are immuno-compromised. I realize the work has to be done, but there has been no regard to the health of tenants and it has been non-stop noise. The management team (Bozzuto) has been awful managing this painful experience and just doesn't seem to care if tenants stay or not. Several tenants have indicated they are moving out early or at the end of their leases, and this has not caused any change in approach. Many times the management team doesn't even pick up the phone or argues with tenants and doesn't follow-up. They are clueless about how bad the conditions are at Cast Iron Lofts I for tenants who are at home during business hours. Previous management teams have handled exterior repair work far more professionally and far less intrusively for tenants. A lot of folks complain about the elevators and other stuff, but those all pale in comparison to the noise pollution.

Doing well. Wish gym machines were repaired quicker. The leg extension machine was broken for over a month before it was fixed. Enjoy my time here. Been here 5 years and still like it.
