There are lots of closets, laundry in building, some units have fabulous views and some have patios or decks! There is a communal garden area in the back and parking available in the covered garage. The building has 18 units on 3 floors. Each floor has 6 apartments, 5 One Bedrooms and 1 Studio. There are 15 one-bedroom apartments that range from 600-800 square feet and 3 Studios that are each approximately 475 square feet. Water, garbage, recycling, heat and electricity combined are only $100 a month. Parking is also available for $100. Great location in the Ivy Hill neighborhood in Oakland with lots of amenities, including fabulous restaurants, shopping and easy access to Lake Merritt and both the 580 and 880 freeways. Nearby parks include Lake Merritt, Park Boulevard Plaza, F.M. Smith Park and Bella Vista Park.
