I have loved living at Carrara! The facilities are so nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We have had very few issues and the minor ones are always attended to very promptly. I feel very safe living here also! It’s a great place to live!
Carrara is a great place to live. It is less than a 5 min walk to tons of restaurants, shops, Katy Trail and so much more. The staff is very nice and the place is kept very clean. The maintenance staff is also wonderful! 10/10 recommend.
Carrara is so great! The staff is amazing, always working with us for quick solutions to maintenance issues or other questions we have. The units are great, the updates are fresh, and there is plenty of storage. The parking is great (no creepy parking garage) and I am always able to find a spot. The location is unbeatable with so many walking-distance options for restaurants, coffee, shopping, and groceries! And I love how close is it to the Katy trail. Even being so close to all the activities, the apartments are quiet and feel like we're in our own little neighborhood! Would highly recommend!!
The price for this location is amazing. Steps from coffee shops, Trader Joe’s, and awesome restaurants. Right by Katy trail. Great size apartments with nice updates too!
We have lived at Carrara now on 3 separate occasions due to frequent moving. Every time we come back to Dallas we don’t even look anywhere else because the location of Carrara is just unbeatable. Living right on the Katy is awesome. The staff here is so nice and helpful. The landscaping is one area for improvement that we have noticed with the grassy areas being mostly just dirt at this point, but there are other areas nearby that have grass we will walk our dog over too. Overall would recommend living here!
HVAC units are really old and are inefficient. The pools turn into clubs during the summers. Guests limits are not enforced by staff.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. Currently have NO AC for the third time THIS YEAR. It's 85 in my apartment currently. They keep putting a temporary "fix" on this situation and never fully resolve. Do not recommend at all.
I've enjoyed my time at this complex; great location and great pricing for the area. The new staff seems to care about taking care of the residents and their issues. I'm excited to see the improvements that are on the way.

The new owners are horrible. Threatened eviction after switching to a new portal and my autopay didnt go through. Never been late in 2 years I have lived here. Horrible property, mud pit, no grass, water in bath is brown, and impossible to get anything fixed. Do not move here. The price is insane for what you get. Stay away and look elsewhere unless you want a massive headache.

This is the worst experience I've had living in an apt. They are unresponsive once they have your money and leave you with empty promises. They entire property is filled with mud and they won't do anything to actually plant grass or land form of vegetation. They don't have a maintence number either so when a giant wasp nest was built on my door there was no one around to take care of it. With 5 min of searching you can find a better place than this one. DO NOT LIVE HERE -current resident

Title pretty much says it all. The location could not be better. The apartment itself is nice. But the office staff is utterly hopeless. And I've literally had almost two dozen maintenance requests in the two and half months I've lived here. Some of which seem to have been completely ignored. I've lived in nice apartments and not so nice apartments and never had so many maintenance issues. The office staff is friendly, but will pretty much tell you anything just to get you out of their office or off the phone, regardless of whether it is correct/true or not.

I had a millipede problem here for about 5 months. I picked up about 30 a day (no exaggeration). I wan't the only apartment with the problem either. If that many bugs can get in, then obviously something is wrong. Not worth the money.
