Very quiet & peaceful. & I love the community just wish there were less car break ins & less loud music at certain times. But besides that it is usually quiet rent office is great and maintenance team is awesome!

Move in process was smooth community is well kept also nice neighbors. If your looking for a place to call home and that’s budget friendly this might be one of the communities you wanna take a look at!
I have lived here for 15 years. Ive seen a lot.Different mangers etc. However, Marcus is the absolute BEST! Very professional,caring. & available to talk with . He cares and his ACTIONS far out weigh his words. This is a small community in the cut, & I have enjoyed my stay.
I love living here office manager make sure everything working all you got to is ask him once and things get done!and it’s a quit place to stay no drama great neighbors
I'm loving the community. It quiet, low crime and the grounds are kept clean and well groomed . The office staff are friendly and acts quickly to a problem you may have.
Been here over 20 years. me and my mom share at this apartment together until she passed away now I am taking over.. The maintenance man are very helpful.
Need better security and pest control too many unauthorized vehicles parked in spaces that not tenants of Carolina Woods!! And some residents are getting their packages stolen off the property!
It's so peaceful & warm , drama free community Marcus is awesome I like that I can be safe in the community thanks ??my kids love it over there I'm safe to let them go outside without me & play with their new friends
I have enjoyed Carolina Woods. I have no issues or complaints at this time. If you move to this community, you will be pleased. Management has always showed respect to me.
The reason I like Carolina Woods is low crime rate. Children can play outside without being scared. I love the office staff. The play ground and the grounds are nice looking all the time.
Carolina Woods is a nice place to stay the Landlords name is Marcus and he is nice and works with you if he can. The maintenance man Vick is pretty cool himself and completes task on time when given the job. The community people I live around are nice and we all get along. So far so good. I recommend people to stay over here. Thanks Carolina Woods Team.
Great place to stay real quiet and the office peoples are real nice and they stay on maintaining a good place to live you never here no arguing
I have a great experience here at Carolina Woods ,when I call for anything , I am handled with care and great customer service, and when anything go wrong with anything in my apartment maintenance is there in a timely manner, I really don’t have any problems here at Carolina Woods
The neighborhood is so quiet. All you hear are children playing. Rent is very affordable. The office manager is very organized and helpful.
I’ve been living here for going on 4 years it was great at the beginning and then things needed to be taken care of in the house and maintenance is never around , my apartment has roaches from a neighbor and they really haven’t did anything about it
I love that everyone is responsible and they keep the complex clean. It not hard to contact the office. If you have a problem they get on it quickly.
It’s been great living here. Need to have repairs handled in a timely manner but other than that things are fine. Some of the neighbors can be a little rowdy
The apartment is nice. There is carpet upstairs. Most townhomes have 2 bathrooms. It is a nice place to live and raise you children. It’s a quiet area

It's a Nice/Okay neighborhood, management and maintenance are helpful and respond within a decent amount of time. Quiet for the most part. Haven't had any major issues since I've lived here.
This property is the best kept secret! Clean and maintained. The office and maintenance staff is attentive and go the extra mile to take care of us!
