Kathy and Jasmine are so great at taking care of all of us who live here. I appreciate how quickly they get back with me if there is any issue, and there have not been many. Maintenance team take such good care of the property. Keeping plants and trees healthy. This is such a good place to live and feel safe.
This entire staff went above & beyond during the week long catastrophic snow/ice storm storm of 2021. They worked on their days off, checked on tenants, as we did not have power or water for days, due to area wide outages, fed us hot meals, brought in food to fill our refrigerators & pantries, sanded walkways, helped to scrape ice from vehicles, brought in Port A Potties, etc. They were on hand to help with whatever needs arose, and there were a lot.
After I put in my 2 month moving notice, I arrived home one day and my locks were changed. I did not receive an eviction notice, and did not get my deposit back. Very disappointing. This apartment management is very unprofessional and they act illegally.
Really very happy from management and staff, and beautiful apartments with beautiful view and frish weather just love living here
I dont know from where to get started... maybe from my pending leasing application from more than 35 days without any logical explanation !! Or maybe from the many phone calls that I did to follow up without getting an answer or with a promise to call back which never happened ! Or from the many back and froth trip in order to fill out the non ended paper work !! I really dont want to live in an apartment with such management because that gonna b a nightmare .. God luck for you if you want to ...
