A good place to stay, the office staff are friendly, issues and concerns are taken care of quickly by the maintenance group . We are satisfied during our 2 years living here. I highly recommend this place.

Canyon park is a very lovely complex, lots of large open areas for pets. Also all the recent upgrades to the property have been very nice. However, the homeless people constantly within the complex is an issue, a problem that I wish would be resolved.

Canyon Park is a very nice community apartment complex. The gym, pool and hall are pleasing to the eyes. There are enough parking spaces and garages. The apartments are updated and appliances are top of the line. I would just suggest a more secured gates and fences and security cameras to be placed in the walking areas.

This community is conveniently located next to the 91 fwy and offers updates features and amenities in-unit. Management is attentive and they do provide good customer service to meet the needs to the overall community.

Specific issues from bad overall experience within a 10-month period. It could be a better experience if maintenance issues were addressed so that residents aren't struggling to mitigate the issues themselves. Also, preventative maintenance doesn't seem to happen here.

Canyon Park is a good apartment complex overall. The rooms are a decent size with varying floor plans. The maintenance and leasing staff are great as well! Their could be more outdoor cleaning and more security near the gate which would definitely level the apartment complex up. For the area, it’s a good apartment. There’s also some grocery stores walking distance which is great!

I just moved here in January and I can say compared to other apartments I have stayed out previously, Canyon Park and the maintenance team are very on it. Any maintenance requests I have usually get done the next day and I appreciate that so much.

Been here less then 3 months long enough to know renting here was a bad choice. Ive had several maintenance issues some fixed some not. Parking is a joke, people that live here are rude, only thing good is the service to fix things is timely, and maintenance person is nice. Most of people in office are friendly with an exception of one, shes rather rude and talks a lot of crap on this place (her work) wouldn't want to employ her. The SPA LOL HAS NEVER BEEN WARM AT ALL ITS COLDDDDD and the BBQ area is crawling with BUGS so don't use it nasty stuff. Neighbors below SUCK i have 4 kids and we don't run a muck but she complains daily about the noise from us hmmm walking, talking, radio here and there, we don't watch TV MUCH but she still complains, hmm talk to people its easier lol. For the price keep shopping.

I have lived at canyon park apartments for 2 years and have never had a problem. The apartments are nice and very homey! The only thing is parking can be a little difficult.

What can I say about canyon park apartments they if not less than iits been our home for the past 3 years!! We love it here. We currently have one of the biggest floor plans for a single bedroom. It's very spacious, comes with all appliances, including washer and dryer in the unit. Bathroom is very roomy with a large soak tub. With a linen closet in the bathroom a swell. Bedroom is big enough to fit our cal king bed with extra room. Also has a walk in closet that has enough room for all my stuff and hubbys. Living room is a great size for a sectional couch and more. The dining area is big enough for a 6 people table. Even though we only have a table for 4 there is still enough room. The management office here is very nice, always making sure everything is ok. The property it's self is kept very clean and well maintained. The gym is very small with some outdated machines but it's still usable. The pool is very nice! I believe it was just remodeled this year, with areas for BBQs and canopies. The jacuzzi is very nice aswell and has a fireplace right in front. Makes for a nice relaxing night. Parking is an issue if you have more than one car, whoever gets home first has to park in visitor parking to let the other person have the carport. It is situated next to the train, but we have gotten use to it. It doesn't bother us. Safe area, they have security patrol at night. Very close to drive in movies, and grocery stores. I guess there's a reason we haven't moved out in 3 years lol.

I am currently living in this apartment complex with my parents. I am not able to afford an apartment at the moment, but if I could I would get a room here. The only problem is that it is in Riverside, and like most apartments here, they are nowhere near any businesses within my industry (interactive entertainment). I love that the neighbors are quiet and respectful.

We just recently moved here from San Diego. The apartment is spacious (2 bed, 2 bath). Our neighbors are quiet and the community is just beautiful. The grounds are kept clean and lovely. Everything is within walking distance, a big plus. The price is amazing for all the amenities that you get. The staff are super friendly and make sure that everyone is enjoying their community. Highway access is just up the road, making any commute a breeze. If you are thinking of moving out to the Riverside area, this is a definite must see.

I have lived here with my husband and son for the past five years. The amenities are great, but we are located right next to a freight train. I haven't had a good night sleep in five years. The staff has always been nice and the grounds are kept up well however my rent has increased over $350 in the past five years. We have no new carpet or paint. They do not want to upgrade the apartment without increasing my rent again. We are hoping to find another apartment that is quieter and much less expensive
