I am happy that the hallways and doors were finally painted, but it took over like a year. It was a bit embarassing to bring people over and have them see the conditions of the building.
Maintenance is very prompt. Love the neighborhood!! I don't understand some decisions like painting the doors in flat paint that is easily scuffed. Think hallways are still dark and need updated lighting. Again a cheap stark white paint used and doesn't add any warmth. Elevators are down too often and are dirty especially on weekends Pot smokers smoking inside their apartments
The property is beautiful and the amenities are nice. I wish there were more restaurants and shops near the property.
Timely and efficient repair of what was broken. They are always so nice and professional.
The gentleman who came and fixed my ice maker and garbage disposal was so fast, professional, and polite!
I was surprised by how often stuff is broken in the community and the length of time it takes for them to fix the things. Considering the cost
Location is convenient to freeways and tollways.
I don't think the hallways are maintained very well. Carpets dirty. Paint needs to be updated. Building starting to show age and pool too. Air diffusers need to be installed to make it smell better and fresher. especially because there are residents that are smoking weed inside.
Cantabria was THE BEST living experience I have ever had in my entire life! I was so sad (and still sad) to leave! I would HIGHLY recommend Cantabria to anyone! From day one of stepping on the property until the day I turned my keys in the staff has been nothing but AMAZING! I love each person on staff. Hard working and made my year one for the books! I WILL BE BACK!
Just renewed for another year. Can't beat the location - really is Turtle Creek's hidden gem! New management/leasing/maintenance teams are top notch, as is the Concierge group! Great lobby, business center, gym, business center, pool, parking garage and Amazon hub lockers! ... check it out!

I love the layout of the apartments and how my unit has so many windows! The natural light that comes in is fantastic. I also appreciate that I typically don't struggle to find parking and the packages are super easy to receive in the Amazon Hub.
Community is CLEAN. Office staff is always friendly and helpful.
Great space for the dog park, however people are not picking up their dogs’ poop so the place has been very dirty
It is a great place to live. Great people, location and very quiet.
I would recommend living here because the staff treat you like family. They are so friendly and accommodating. Selling a home and living in an apartment again has exceeded my expectations! This is truly the hidden gem of Turtle Creek.
Great cost for what you get and very happy with the neighborhood. Biggest con is that there can be a long lag time in receiving responses from the leasing office when residents ask questions, and some agents are not super helpful. Segio in the evening is exceptionally great at answering questions, and helping with residents needs, though, so I definitely do not include him in the earlier statement. I miss the wine in the lobby! It went away when Lincoln purchased the property but the residents really liked it.
The apartment complex has had crime issues w the garage. I have also noticed that the caliber of renters has gone down. They have also allowed dangerous breed of dogs to lease here (pit bulls).
Still too early to fully tell, but my short term experience (under new Mgmt) has been great.
I would recommend it because overall it is clean. It also has a great dog community.
It's a great place overall, it quiet, nice location, great look and feel. Cons: it isn't smoke free because people still smoke. Gym needs to be updated. And maintenance hasn't been great.
I’ve lived here for almost 3yrs and this place is starting to go downhill. The elevators are constantly broken & when there’s 9 floors, this becomes a real issue! The grounds are not clean. There’s dog poop and spilled drinks in the elevators or hallways. There’s trash left in the carts in the hallways and the trash cans are constantly full with trash. This is a great location but sadly it’s in the decline. Management is too busy with the small stuff then taking care the bigger stuff.

We have recently changed cleaning crew in an effort to give our residents the quality of living we feel they deserve. I will definitely share these comments with our new crew and staff. I hope you have noticed the difference in the last few days. In regards to the Elevators not working, we have had some recent issues with the elevators in the last few months. The most recent was a two weeks ago. We have been assured by Thyssen Krupp, our Elevator Company that the Elevators are working as designed, and it is our hope and intention that the Elevators will continue to remain operational. It's such a shame this property is going down the drain. They obviously do not have a cleaning crew and staff is so rude. Very unfriendly. It's like living in public housing but paying over $2k for one bedroom rents. Very sad because the property itself is in such a great location and very well constructed. It goes to show how a different management company can make such a negative impact in such a short period of time. I will not be renewing.... :(

These apartments were obviously built as condos due the hardy construction. The utilities are very cheap due to the insulation and high energy efficiency of the a/c, lighting, etc. The location is the best in Dallas!

This property is beautiful but is poorly managed. I have lived here six months and they have vacuumed the carpet outside my unit once. The security doors don't close so you are paying for a secure property and it is not secure. Dog feces everywhere, trash over flowing, dogs not on leashes, it's a real mess! Go elsewhere.

This is the perfect building for upscale Dallas living, close to Uptown restaurants and theaters, close to the arts district, and close to SMU. The pool and rooftop terrace are delightful and well-maintained. Pets are allowed and everyone's dog is very well-disciplined and cute! The staff is very helpful, and the residents are nice and chic!
