I lived here for 3 years and had a wonderful experience from start to end. The staff is exceptional! Caring and professional. Steve, Chad, Nani, and Kira are all wonderful and were extremely helpful with whatever I needed. The maintenance staff is stellar. The property was always clean and well maintained. I would have stayed longer but I needed a larger unit and they didn't have one available. Keep up the great work guys, it was greatly appreciated! BL

Having lived at a handful of different apartment complexes across different states, and even another Camden property, I can safely say that Camden Washingtonian has been my favorite apartment community thus far! The new construction, high quality units, amazing amenities, and extremely pet friendly community has been my home for two years now. With a great location near Crown & Rio shopping areas without being right on top of everything, the Malcolm King Park for walking the dog, and easy access to the Shady Grove Metro station, Camden Washingtonian is well placed for anyone looking to call home. I've also been impressed with how solid the unit is constructed as noise from neighbors is hardly even noticed compared to other apartment communities with paper thin walls. Lastly, all the staff at Camden Washingtonian are absolutely amazing! The leasing office will bend over backwards to make your stay as enjoyable as they can, and the maintenance staff are quick and professional. If you're looking for an apartment within the area, I highly recommend you make an appointment to check out Camden Washingtonian!

Expect to pay over 100 dollars For someone to go in a wipe down some missing areas after moving out. Never had this issue before any where else.

My experience with this complex has been awful and I don't even live here (even though I had all intentions to move as soon as my lease was up, this esperience definitly changed my mind)!!! My best friend lives here and I often visit her and since we enjoy going out I usually pick her up from here. Last night we decided to take her car so I had to park in the guest parking. Now let me explain, the guest parking spaces are limited to a few spots only and most residents will park there so GOODLUCK!!! Now I parked and we were out and came back at 3 am. we never planned to come back so late but stuff happened and as soon as we came back we went to print me a parking pass because we decided to all stay together that night. I printed the pass at 3:21am and my car was called in at 3:24 am to be towed!!!! WE literally drove back to the garage and my car was gone. (do not even get me started on the fact that my emergency brake was up and so my tires were practically violated last night!!!!!!!) I immediately call and the operator tells me there is no way to help me and that I have to pay and release my car. As useless as that was we drove over to the towing lot to get my car back. A little background on the towing company this complex works with, Henry's, is that they are the crappiest company I had to ever deal with. Do not get me started on how disrespectful they are and how Camden practically forces you to deal with such poor service. I released my car and the next morning I went to the leasing office to speak to a manager and see how they can make this a more pleasant experience for me and help out. I was told that even I had a pass printed was going back to put it on my car there was nothing the assistant, Jorge, could do for me. A luxury apartment complex with rent not so cheap, could not refund me for the money I paid THEIR VENDOR who ruined my tires and moved my car to the sketchiest lots one had to step foot on. It definitely did not help the matter that he just kept saying there is nothing he can do when he was sitting in a customer service position. I was the customer but I received no service whatsoever. By far the worst experience I had with a management service and would highly recommend saving your money and staying away from this complex.

Steven in the office was a delight!!! Out of all the apt complexes i have moved into, this has been the most positive. Not only was he helpful, and responsive but also attentive and energetic. This goes for the rest of the team too! I was extremely impressed with the office! And The community is beautiful!

First, let me preface this review with this: I am extremely picky and have very high expectations of people, in general, but even more so of communities in this price range. My wife and I began the pre-retirement downsizing process about three years ago. We sold our longtime home after our youngest began college. We have visited every luxury apartment complex, old and new, in Montgomery County, MD. Literally, each one. We want the best property and best value. We have lived in three top-notch luxury apartment communities. We do not move in until mid-June. I will review and adjust my rating by December 2018 if necessary. BUT, I have now visited the property on 12 occasions in the last six weeks or so since signing on the dotted line. CAMDEN WASHINGTONIAN FAR EXCEEDS the competition! The property is perfect, even though still having many areas under construction. The finishes are superior to the competition! The STAFF... well, they get the 10-star rating on a five-star scale! Luz, Jennifer, and Stephen are FABULOUS! Do not pass this place up! You should act quickly if you’re looking for a high quality apartment community. They are leasing units like wildfire! And, for good reason!
