You can actually track your neighbors with how loud these floors sound. I hear every step. Even at night. I'm not mad at my neighbors, they're actually a skinny couple that shouldnt make much noise when they walk, but the floors are so bad. The quality of the apartment shows the more time you live there. Read other reviews elsewhere for a full picture.
So, I moved into this complex not too long ago. Everything looks great. The apartment, the landscaping, everything looked like what we were looking for. The only problem came when our upstairs neighbor moved in. I kid you not, you can hear every single step your upstairs neighbor makes (and it's only one person). They did a good job fixing what you can see, but their floors are razor thin. Now I'm frustrated with my upstairs neighbor, but it's not her fault. It's the crappy floors in the apartments. If you move in, take advice from me and get an upstairs apartment.
This is my third year living here. I love the apartment- the finish the lay out, rooms and closet size are perfect. The property is very well maintained.I have switched apartments within the community, Nothing wrong with my previous apartment, needed to move in to a bigger apartment. The leasing office staff was super helpful and accommodating. The community is nice and quiet. The maintenance office is on site (had to call them in only once in two years, shows how well the apartments are kept). The apartments and the maintenance service is as good as I first moved in here in 2013. I highly recommend living at Cambridge Manor.
It's a nice complex. Nothing crazy about the apartments or the grounds there just ok. However, don't ever plan to sleep around here. There is constant construction and maintenance going on and it's loud, it starts early and it also happens on the weekends!

great view love the space nice size bedroom parking well needed may wife will love the walk in closet for all her shoes and pocketbooks deep tub is what I like to unwind after a long days work very nice just what we are looking for. PS love it

This is the perfect apartment. It has everything that I could possibly need.
