Property Ratings at Cambridge Commons
I waited for several months to get some maintenance issues addressed. After writing the "Thin Walls" review, suddenly they contact me the next day and want to schedule a time for maintenance to come out.. Go figure. So we eventually schedule it for a Monday. Monday came and went. No one showed up or called to reschedule. Same thing Tuesday. Wednesday I happened to see the maintenance supervisor outside, I explained my frustrations and showed him inside my apt what needed done. He said he would be out the next day after lunch. No one showed up or called! Great service and communication guys!-sarcastically.. I called Friday and they finally sent someone at the end of the day... Not enough time to address all the issues in this shotty apt. Said guy was quite nice and stated he would be back next week to finish the other issues. Well, it's Friday again and no one came or called... I don't doubt he was pulled aside to do other projects. There are soooo many things wrong at this place, it never ends!! People have overflowing toilets and it's NOT considered a priority. DO NOT LIVE HERE OR MOVE HERE! Let's see how long it takes them to call me now. ????

We would be happy to address your concerns and would like to extend an offer for you to sit with our General Manager to discuss the concerns. We understand that there are times that emergency situation can arise that delays our response. Each concern was addressed to our knowledge and during your communication with management it was noted that you’re were very understanding and not pressing for a time frame to complete the minor issues.
I've lived at Cambridge Commons for over a year and can't wait to move. You can hear your neighbors on every side of you, especially behind you. I smell marijuana often, have dealt with roaches, ants, and stink bugs. Maintenance doesn't want to fix anything. The office staff will act concerned but then never do anything about it. I literally have ants coming out of my wall and they won't come and try to find where they're getting in. They just keep sending Gold Seal to spray... The neighbors enjoy playing their music loud, and every few minutes a car with loud bass drives by.. Hate it here!!
