Calder Square is a very nice and convenient place to live. It is located between Houston and Galveston 15 minutes each way. Plenty of food places that are in walking distance and they have nice amenities also.

Great place to live. Close to restaurants shopping center and mayor supermarkets.right off 45 . property grounds very well maintained brand new gym and businesses center apartment units refurbish great staffing and maintenance team great neighbors feel safe and happy to said these is the place I called home the last ten years!

If you need a good place to live, Calder square is to me, a very safe and quiet place. They are dog friendly. People in our building are friendly, people looking out for each other. If you have a problem, just let the sweet girls in the office know. Like magic it is fix. Thanks Calder Square, for all the lights around at night to keep us safe. If you want a beautiful pool,(you don't have to take care of) or if you love to exercise, check out their up to date gym.

At Calder Square Apt property improvements are a work in progress . the property now have a brand new state of the art gym and business center with computers and office related equipment and beverages area available for residents 24/7. Property manager and staff friendly and a very responsive maintenance team.

Nice, affordable and quiet community within two blocks of I 45. The office manager and staff are always very helpful and communicate all activities going on. Maintenance has always been professional and get the job fixed quickly.

I moved here several months ago, and my experience here has been very good. I like the way the buildings are laid out on the property, the floor plans and the fact that it is pet friendly. The front office staff, Jazmine and Cindy, have always been responsive to my questions and help get things right the first time. I really like this location, and I have noticed a lot of long term tenants here, so I think that says a lot in itself. The 2 maintenance men are always around, and are both very good and pleasant to deal with.
