I just moved it to Cadence creek about seven months ago and so far I’m having a wonderful experience. The residents are very nice. The management is amazing and the activities they offer is top-notch. The grounds are always clean and the pool is awesome. Im so happy that I moved here!

Very quick on work orders, cleanly manicured grounds and kept with landscaping. Open to suggestions and staff is professional. Technology smart so you are not having to call to address things such as lease, work orders or additional requests.

Several residents questioning whether if you live at the property. They want proof if I live there or if I’m there with someone. This is creating a hostile living environment with the certain residents. They are demanding and insisting I verify my residence with them. They are policing and targeting residents if they live at the property.

This is my very first time to live in an apartment in my entire life. I am very pleased with the consistent great repair service or assistance of any kind. There is always clarity and concern by every staff member involved. I am comfortable with going to anyone for assistance of any kind!
I feel secure living at Cadence Creek for the last 8 months. It’s a beautiful & clean property. The staff members are professional and friendly. These young adults are extremely patient dealing with older residents. The outdoor pool, the workout room and game rooms are a nice attraction for active seniors. Plus the complex’s location is ideal where it’s easy access to major freeways and highways.
Cadence Creek at Cosling is a very good apartment complex and quality is maintained with assurance of safety and wellbeing of the residence. I enjoy the breakfast meeting and some of the other activities. I work from my apartment and require very good and fast internet 24/7 so that I can communicate with the oil company and drilling activity. This is very important for me.
Quiet, new, modern property with attractive floor plans. Friendly, respectful residents.
In Spring there are new apartments EVERYWHERE. This complex has too many problems and high prices. A lot of construction , dust and noise surrounding the property. I could hear noise inside the apartment from adjactent apartments - I could hear through the walls. Many apartments to choose from- This isnt one of them.
Everyone including residents are very friendly and helpful! The entire building is always clean and well maintained. I consider myself blessed to have found such a fantastic residence!!!
If you come and take a tour , I can't imagine you wanting to live anywhere else. We have been here eight months and love all the different amenities offered. There is something here for everyone. So come on over and tell them Bobbie sent you. You will not be sorry.
We moved to Cadence Creek on Gosling from another 55 community and are very happy that we did! The courtyard is beautiful, lots of activities and events AND it has a designated elevator that is on a generator in the event of a power outage - so important for those (like us) who like to be on the upper floors but are physically not able to climb up and down the stairs. We love it here!

This is a wonderful place to spend your retirement years. Everything you need is either here or close by. Staff is excellent and the apartments are beautiful.
If you are 55 or older and you are tired of the hassles of owning or renting a home, do like my wife and I. Sell it. Move to Cadence Creek at Gosling as soon as you can. We love the people and the property.
The staff go out of their way to listen to the residents and accommodate any concerns as much as possible. Activities are planned according to the interests of those residents who express an interest.
Moving to Cadence Creek was one of the best decisions made. The staff are friendly and attentive, the opportunity for activities, brunch and outings are great and the property has great amenities - pool, exercise room, arts and craft room and a beautiful courtyard and fountain area among other sitting areas perfect for that extra peacefulness.
Cadence creek is the type of apartment complex, 55 , we were looking for and more. With lots of amenities, well maintained, secure and friendly staff.
This is such a lovely property and has so many amenities. We even have a heated lap pool.
After one year or residence, Cadence Creek at Gosling has met our expectations for a 55 community.
This community is safe and well kept. Alots of activities thru out the day. Amenities are great. Office management and residents are friendly. Trash is picked up on a daily bases except Fridays and Saturdays which works for me. They celebrate residents birthdays.
Cadence Creek is a well run property and clean. The common areas are kept clean and the staff is friendly.
Cadence Creek is an excellent place to live. It is well maintained and the management team is very attentive.
Not really an active community. They take credit for guest led activities that are not their own on the calendar. They don’t replenish art supplies and other items.
A beautiful place to call home! The best of the best in staff, fun & friendly residents. Fun activities, great get togethers along w/sweet fellowship, food & fun!
If you'd like a "maintenance free" lifestyle with lots of community activities in a resort style facility that feels like a permanent vacation, then Cadence Creek is for you.
We have enjoyed it here and made new friends . The unit we have we really like . Breakdowns of septic system and elevators are concerning being this is a new building .
Very beautiful community. Well planned community! Beautiful apartment homes and great amenities! Nicest 55 community in the area! We love it here!
