I’ve had a positive living experience here. All concerns are always promptly addressed and I enjoy the events for residents. Everything is generally always clean and the staff is nice.
I am looking for a noise-isolated apartment in Atlanta to stay away from parties and loud subwoofers. When I visited Buckhead 960, it seemed like a peaceful community. Even though there were many people in the swimming pool, no one was playing extremely loud subwoofers. On the day I moved in, I met many people in the hallway, everyone seemed very polite and welcoming. The move-in experience was also very smooth!
The move in experience was very smooth. Staff was pretty helpful as well and my work orders were filled in very quickly. Looking forward to spending a year here.
Overall, great location to live! The community provides great convenience since the location is really unbeatable. Both maintenance and management responds fast!
everyone has been super nice! my boyfriend and i moved in last week and everytime weve needed something someone has been there in less than an hour!
I absolutely love living at Buckhead 960! The amenities are top-notch, and having direct access to MARTA is a game-changer—I can get to work in Tech Square in just 20 minutes! As someone who moved to Atlanta alone for work just a month ago, I chose Buckhead 960 because it made me feel safe and secure, and it hasn’t disappointed. Highly recommend!

I still love it here and I Don’t plan on moving anytime soon. I’ve been here since 2021 in two different units. Everything is up to par. If I had to change one thing, it would be screens on the windows to be able to let fresh air in and keep bugs out. Other than that, no complaints.

Really can't complain. Wish they would have two different monthly fees for large pets vs. small pets. We just have a small pet. Natural gas oven and stove top would be better than electric.

It's a great place. Marta is right across the apartment; however, 3 major issues 1. indoor garage disposal - it creates a horrible smell inside the building and the management can't do anything about it 2. MARTA train noise every 10-20 mins. if you're a sensitive type, just stay away 3. party people on weekends during summer

Great apartment complex to live in. You are in walking distance to 2 malls, target, Publix and marta. The apartments itself are spacious, leasing office has great communication and the maintenance team are amazing.

Love the thick walls; I never hear the neighbors. Good sized rooms. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. There's always lots of community events you could attend. For the most part, living here has been pleasant.

Overall I would give 3.5 here. The only exceptional part of this apartment is the maintenance staffs. they are always trying to help you and resolve issue on time. However there is a fly problem during the summer. It's not livable condition. I asked my friends but seems like this apartment has the worst condition for flies. Also, I dont think the rent is cheaper given the condition so I would recommend to look for better conditioned apartment at the same price

Love the location of the apartments with easy access to the off leash dog park, shopping, food, and groceries!! Staff is super nice and does listen to feedback. They are always more than happy to help fix what they can.

Quiet for the most part but excellent location to live for convenience. I do think the windows could use a monthly clearing along with the hallway carpet. Bathrooms could be updated.

Buckhead 960 is a beautiful place to stay, very safe and the leasing office is very friendly and always helpful to us. I like it here, I have renewed my lease because I feel safe to stay at Buckhead 960. One thing I don’t like it’s the dog poo that is all over the place, they are trying to clean but people still don’t take care of the or dogs dirty.

My first week here was a bit bumpy, not terrible though. The staff is very polite and respectful. The bump I had was I moved from out of state and I didn't know my new apartment was going to be adjacent to a community space that was under remodeling. Being I work from home, it would had been important for me to know this, in advance, in which case I would have chosen a different apartment. However, the staff is kind and polite. So, I am very confident that they along with the property management company will work something out for me, soon, so I can feel more ease and peace of mind. I am waiting and hope to have the matter resolved soon, so I can swap apartments before the Thanksgiving holiday so I can enjoy my holiday without any additional stress. Jared in particular stood out to me because his politeness made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared about. So, a very special thank you to Jared.

I have been living in this apartment for sometime and I couldn’t be happier. The community is friendly, and management is always quick to address any concerns. The gym is well-maintained, and the pool is a great place to relax.

I applied here and they did not approve me which is not the issue. Everything happens for a reason. My issue is that they took the deposit from me upfront at the time the application was turned in. They don't accept it any other way and come to find out most places do not take a deposit until move in they just take the application fee. I didn't know that moving from Florida it's different. After they denied our application they told us we would receive a check in the mail for the deposit in 2 weeks. It has now been over a month no check. They told me a check was ready today, I confirmed with them their hours of operation, I left work early to be there a half an hour before closing, and all of the doors are locked and the office is closed. My next step is to call my attorney to simply get my $225 back. Which is not a lot of money but honestly I don't care if it was $5 they owed me it is the principal and this is a business that does bad business and has no integrity. So I warn anyone applying here to beware of bad business.
