We’ve been living at 960 Buckhead for a while now and love it so much that we decided to renew our lease for another year! The leasing staff is absolutely amazing — always helpful, friendly, and genuinely care about the residents. They also do a great job organizing fun events for the community, which makes living here even better. The location is perfect — almost everything we need is within walking distance, from restaurants and shops to parks and grocery stores. It’s so convenient and truly feels like the heart of Buckhead. I’ve enjoyed my time living here so far. The building is well-kept and the management team has been responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. The location is incredibly convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, which makes my day-to-day life much easier. It’s a comfortable place to come home to. A couple of small adjustments could make the experience even better. For instance, slightly more frequent cleaning on the perimeter of the complex. First floor residents tend to experience more debris. It would also be nice to see some updates to the fitness center space and equipment. Maybe some room for expansion. Overall, this is a good place to live, and I would recommend it if it fits the parameters of what any of my comrades were looking for.

This place is overall Nice and clean, needs some security updates though. Management is very friendly and helpful. Overall I’d recommend living here to others.

Great leasing staff, generally responsive to resident's concerns! Maintenance is awesome, prompt in fixing issues! Love staying in this beautiful property! The only main concern I have is noise -- lots of door slamming that can be heard several levels away from the source, sometimes slamming is so loud the building vibrates. The noise is disruptive to those who work from home, especially during early mornings when folks go to work or school. It would be really helpful to have a soft-close mechanism on ALL doors (or, at a minimum, the MAIN EXIT DOORS commonly used by residents). Noise minimization will help to enhance the quality of life amongst residents.

?? Rent price is good ?? Friendly staff ?? Nearby some good stores ?? Right by the Marta for convenient travel ?? Lots of events ?? Surprisingly, not a lot of cars on the road ?? Train noises get irksome ?? Obnoxious drivers with loud exhaust often speed by, probably taking advantage of the empty road. ?? Millenial grey interior Overall, not bad living here. Has it's advantages. It's a good place for young people or businessmen.

I rate my experience at Buckhead960 4.5/5 stars. I love the spacious and modern apartments, well maintained building, nice gym, friendly staff, resident events, package pickup system, and being walking distance to MARTA, the mall, Path400, and Target. My only complaint is noisy residents at the pool after 10 pm. Quiet hours start at 9 pm and the pool closes at 10 pm so noise after 10 pm is unacceptable and a huge annoyance for residents that live in apartments that face the pool.

need a squat rack in gym and need more places to do actual weight lifting in gym. there are not enough places for that. i feel there are only bikes there for cardio and free weights are not the same thing

Pretty good price and location. Helpful staff and quick to respond. But the inside of the apartment is old and the furnitures are worn out a bit. And the carpet has a strange smell.

The resident experience is nice but I feel there should be one more elevator which would be helpful. Also, I did not like the behavior of Marnie, I would say I felt very cold vibes from her and it would be great if she is but more inclusive and soft towards me.

I love everyone from Lease Office to Maintenance, they're all great and helpful people. The location is very convenient for me, I can easily go to work, Marta, Lenox Mall, groceries...all without a car. But I had a few issues in my apartment when I moved in that lasted almost 3 months (the apartament was not neat and clean, had pest issues - mostly spiders), I didn't feel safe. I had issues with appliances as well. But everything got sorted out because the people here are nice and help a lot, for real! I just wish the community itself to be cleaner overall. Not sure how long I'll stay here, but the people here make me wanna stay longer.

I’ve had a positive living experience here. All concerns are always promptly addressed and I enjoy the events for residents. Everything is generally always clean and the staff is nice.
I am looking for a noise-isolated apartment in Atlanta to stay away from parties and loud subwoofers. When I visited Buckhead 960, it seemed like a peaceful community. Even though there were many people in the swimming pool, no one was playing extremely loud subwoofers. On the day I moved in, I met many people in the hallway, everyone seemed very polite and welcoming. The move-in experience was also very smooth!

Overall, great location to live! The community provides great convenience since the location is really unbeatable. Both maintenance and management responds fast!

I still love it here and I Don’t plan on moving anytime soon. I’ve been here since 2021 in two different units. Everything is up to par. If I had to change one thing, it would be screens on the windows to be able to let fresh air in and keep bugs out. Other than that, no complaints.

Really can't complain. Wish they would have two different monthly fees for large pets vs. small pets. We just have a small pet. Natural gas oven and stove top would be better than electric.

It's a great place. Marta is right across the apartment; however, 3 major issues 1. indoor garage disposal - it creates a horrible smell inside the building and the management can't do anything about it 2. MARTA train noise every 10-20 mins. if you're a sensitive type, just stay away 3. party people on weekends during summer

I've been living at Buckhead 960 for almost a week and I absolutely love it so far! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the maintenance team is super responsive and helpful. Everyone I’ve met around the building has been friendly, making it feel like a real community. Highly recommend!

My mom and dad used to live here at Buckhead 960 when it was called Alexan Lenox approximately 13 years ago. I actually said that one day I was going to live here. I am so happy with my decision. It is so peaceful so far!!

Love the location, access to Marta, covered garage. Wish the hallways were cleaner and wish there was more gym equipment. Jared from the leasing office is great!

I have enjoyed living here. As with any community there are small things that could be addressed but it is a quiet community and the leasing staff is amazing.

Great apartment complex to live in. You are in walking distance to 2 malls, target, Publix and marta. The apartments itself are spacious, leasing office has great communication and the maintenance team are amazing.

Love the thick walls; I never hear the neighbors. Good sized rooms. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. There's always lots of community events you could attend. For the most part, living here has been pleasant.
