Brownstone at the Biltmore! Built in 2010 by local architect Bob Gutierrez of 61st Place Architects, the community has a European charm with access to all the modern amenities at Biltmore Fashion Park. All of the homes in this community have the same floor plan featuring a tri-level unit with large open kitchen concept, huge living room and powder room on main floor. Upstairs is completely dedicated to a spacious primary bedroom suite, some of have a closed off den and others have an open den, huge bathroom with double sinks, glass enclosed shower and garden style tub .
