Very nice community. Leasing office is nice and is great at answering questions in a timely manner. Maintenance is pretty timely, fully replaced our washing machine when it broke, only 3 days later.

Strategic location, good employees (especially the maintenance people), lots of renovations etc. making the complex look better and better, most of the neighbors suck though. People with pets are mostly nasty (there's always dog poop near the parking lot & the walkway near the buildings). Can't stand the smell of weed from the neighbors smoking on their porch, yuck! Some people love to blast music in their car in the parking lot and my very next door neighbors love to watch TV with max volume or something because I can hear it even when I'm in the bedroom. Our car got broke into TWICE and the second time it almost got stolen, I don't feel safe here.

I love the neighborhood and living here just don’t like the unit. It wasn't up to standards of how an apartment should be upon move in date. I feel the rent price is a little too high for the condition of the unit.

I have lived in this apartment (complex) for three years. I enjoy the fact that there are actually TREES here - they bring shade/coolness and character. Maintenance staff are WONDERFUL. I appreciate everything they do. Front office staff have been kind and helpful as well.

Living out here has been great so far the area is local and round so many shops and stores. It’s a very convenient place. There have been upgrades within our unit as far as stove, fridge and dishwasher.

Brookwood Club is a great place to live. I live in a 2/1 and it’s the perfect size. I have lots of bright light. I feel safe here, parking is easy in the office and maintenance Staff are terrific. You should definitely come check it out.

The floorplan layouts are all pretty similar. The apartments are updated. The staff is stellar (awesome). Maintenance crew does a fantastic job fixing/repairing, etc. Noise is an issue, but it's usually not something property staff has control over.

Brookwood Club is a wonderful place to live. The staff and maintenance teams are terrific. Everyone is very responsive, professional, and kind. I live in a 2/1 and it’s just the right size. The pool areas were all redone in the last couple of years and they are beautiful. I feel safe in this community. It is well lit, and I’m always able to find parking.

Despite being next to a busy road, my experience in this apartment community has been surprisingly positive. The noise from the road is noticeable but not overwhelming, and the convenience of having amenities nearby offsets any minor inconveniences. The apartment itself provides a comfortable living space, and the management team has been responsive to any concerns. The staff here are very understanding and will work with the residents needs. Since I've moved in I felt at home. The neighbor hood is nice. The only negative thing I have to say is I wish the maintenance of the pool area by bldg 3 would be more well kept just like the rest of the buildings. But overall I'm satisfied with living here

Noise is my only heads-up to anyone considering moving in. I could hear my neighbors’ tv through the wall for a while, and their toddler screams a lot. You can hear people talking on the walkways. The apartments are cute with a decent layout. I like having a pool in our courtyard. Staff is outstanding. Attentive, sweet office staff. Excellent maintenance crew that get things DONE. Appreciate everything you do!

It's amazing,peaceful and quiet. The office staffing is very helpful. My neighbors are respectful. Maintenance is reliable. I couldn't have chosen a better place.
