Property Ratings at Brookside Meadows Luxury Rental Community
If you ike hearing your neighbors talk, argue, have sex, snore, run up and down stairs, know what tv show they're watching then this is the place for you. Walls are paper thin. No privacy or peace and quiet. The apartment is outdated, drafty and dreary. They do not give you a microwave. You need to get your own. The microwave shelf is so high you need a stepstool or ladder to reach it. The appliances are low quality. Parking is always congested. This is suppossed to be a luxury complex. It is not luxury. It is just expensive for so little. The majority of people living here are rude, obnoxious and ignorant. Management and maintenance is a joke. Can't wait to leave this hell hole.
Walls paper thin. Outdated, cheaply made, tiny apartments. You can hear everything including your neighbor's phone conversations and toilet visits. Dogs bark obnoxiously. Absolutely zero privacy or quiet. Jam packed parking. Everyone is on top of eachother and knows everyone's business. Town is overrun with traffic and looks trashy. Sub par complex which is commanding extremely high rents. Not at all a place to live that one has pride in. They should be embarrassed.
Searching for a new place, I used Apartments.com to find the Brookside Meadows complex. Their 3D tours made it an easy choice for a visit. The off personnel were very friendly and made the visit a pleasure. With 2 pools, exercise room and a gated community, I signed up on the spot. Everyone smiles, waves and says "Hello". Nice.
Ten years ago I moved to Brookside Meadows. Shortly after, I met and married my wonderful husband and lived here for a year until we bought a house. Sadly, I lost my beloved to cancer three years ago, and have now come full circle to Brookside once again. I did not want the worry and upkeep of a house. The property manager couldn't be sweeter or more helpful. I feel as though I am home again!
This is a great location if you wish for your child to attend the Arlington school district. Pretty quiet neighborhood.Good area for to get to anywhere you may want to go.ex:Taconic pkwy,rte 44,rte9 and the 55.
Beautiful grounds, awesome amenities, spacious very well maintained townhouse and a community of people that have become like family to me....I could not ask for more . Close to major roadways and shopping yet located in a cozy country setting. Brookside meadows is a great place to call home....
