Property Ratings at Broadstone Wren
I just moved in to Broadstone Wren two weeks ago and have been truly impressed by the apartments as well as the staff! Shae and all of the women in management here are so attentive, friendly, kind and quick to respond to requests, which I truly appreciate! The apartment itself is also very nice, quiet and high quality, and I really love my home here so far. The only complaint I had when I moved in was that the coldest temperature I could set the AC to was 68 degrees, which is too warm for many women over 40 and even some men to sleep at. Thankfully, the management agreed to re-set the maximum temperature in my apartment to 65 degrees, which has made it more comfortable for me. Anyway, the staff has been very amenable to accommodating residents, which I sincerely appreciate, and overall, I'm very happy with the apartment complex! It is definitely one of the best ones in the Denver metro area.

I have lived at Broadstone Wren for almost 2 years, I absolutely love it. My dogs are quiet and don't bark like they used to in my old neighborhood, management and maintenance are fantastic. They stay on top of things and make it a safe environment to live in

Love it here! 2 years and going on our 3rd year when we renew our lease. It’s a beautiful place to call home and never had noise issues. Our building is cleaned weekly and I love coming home to vacuumed stairs and entrances. And the stuff they use smells amazing!!! The grounds are well maintained. The pool was opened for most of the summer with only a slight repair closure. Compared to my old complex where it was always closed for repair! Summers are so enjoyable and the pool is never crowded. I feel safe parking and walking around. And I love being surrounded by so many shops and eateries!

I will start off by saying I never write reviews. For this one I think it’s a little bit special because they really deserve a good review at Broadstone Wren. Really about the details and when you go inside the office, you’ll understand what I’m talking about. The apartments are fantastic clean and the detailing in there is fantastic as well. The pool area is amazing very clean. They have a great gym. They have a great lobby. I would also like to mention that the staff is incredible! I worked with Britney and from the moment I spoke to her on the telephone before I even arrived. I knew I wanted to go see this apartment unit. She was fantastic. So from showing the apartment to filling out the paperwork, she helped with every step of this process with a smile on her face and was very professional, and went out of her way to make it a good experience You won’t be! I have lived in Broadstone Wren for a year now and they have been amazing. Maintenance is always nice and they actually get the job done and don't have a problem with it and if you have something else for them to look at they will take care of it and the people in the office are always friendly and welcoming and I love how they do activities like something with arts & crafts or a little get together and the environment is pretty chill and relaxing. My dogs are very happy here and so am I!

I absolutely love Broadstone Wren, the community is safe and friendly, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Broadstone Wren is a pet friendly and kid friendly environment, the maintenance crew is friendly and professional and dependable, issues are usually resolved the next day and management is welcoming and friendly. The community is peaceful and also friendly.

The staff are very friendly and I love the community events. Only had a few minor maintenance issues and each time I swear the longest ive waited for them to come out from the time I made the request was less than 30 minutes! I’ve never had to wait a day or two for someone to come, it’s always been same day same hour and that is great!!!

I would definitely recommend Broadstone wren, the apartments are beautiful! A little pricey but for sure worth it! Stunning design and attention to detail in every area and building in the place. Amazing staff all around. Beautiful and great location within walking distance to everything you could need. They didn't just put in some nice appliances and call it a luxury apartment, they made every inch of this place scream luxury. I've been living at the Broadstone Wren for 1.5 months and it has been wonderful. All the buildings are yet to be completed however, its coming together nicely, I cannot wait for the gym and pool to be completed! Definitely 5***** from me
