Living at Broadstone Strata has been a great experience for someone that needs to live in luxury apartments and feel safe. The convenience of having shopping and a grocery store within walking distance saves me a ton of time and is also entertaining. I have had an incredible experience so far here. The unit is beautiful, there was a great deal on moving in given that the space is new, and management/maintenance have been very kind, helpful, and accommodating. The location is perfect- it's right next to UVillage and accessible to bus. I do wish the light rail was a little closer but you can't have everything. Other than that, pretty much everything you need is walkable. Great community amenities as well, which I haven't used yet but are definitely a perk! The building and garage also feel very secure, which I know can be an issue in this area.
