This is one of the best buildings I've lived in since moving to L.A. 17 years ago! The management is incredible; Lauren and Stephanie are so welcoming, helpful and professional. The maintenance team is also so kind and always on top of any requests. The rooftop is gorgeous and the pool/gym are very well maintained. You truly can't go wrong with this building.

Great building and staff

The apartment is definitely great but what has kept us living here for years is the staff and the amenities. The staff is so sweet and on top of everything, especially Jose, I cant say enough good things about him. He always brightens our(and our dogs) day and goes above and beyond everytime we’ve ever had an issue in our apartment

Great Apartment, Great Staff

Have lived at Broadstone for almost 3 years now and am always impressed. Edgar from maintenance has been a so helpful. At 11pm on a Sunday there was an issue with my bathroom pipes and my tub was flooding. Edgar took time out of his day off to come help out and stop my bathroom from flooding. Lucky to live here and thankful for the wonderful staff!

I’m here for the people

The staff is absolutely wonderful and extra loving towards my pup. Jose has gone above and beyond when I’ve needed help (and all the pups are obsessed with him), Lauren cheers me on when I’m heading out for important meetings, and Edgar is always willing to lend a hand. Maintenance issues are fixed promptly. I love having an indoor pool downstairs. They’re frequently making updates to the property.

Fantastic Building

I moved into Broadstone Los Feliz apartments a little over a year ago, and I absolutely love it here. Everyone is so wonderful, and when you have any issues, they are on top of it. I put in a service request today because I was having issues with my windows, and they were fixed so quickly. Maintenance issues are handled with speed, care, and professionalism.

You will never find another living experience that tops the one here. The staff is unbelievably nice, the building is clean which is hard to find in LA and you have some really nice neighbors but just be sure you’re a dog lover.

You won’t find any other building like this one. It’s by far the most efficient and well run building I’ve ever lived in. Never dirty, the staff is always incredibly nice and you absolutely feel like you’re getting your moneys worth which is hard to say in a lot of other places in LA.

A former resident

I was a resident at Los Vue Los Feliz for seven months and found the location great and the amenities nice. The staff was responsive to service requests, and Lauren was helpful (although she strictly adheres to company policy). Our two-bedroom/two-bath unit was quite pricey. My biggest complaint is with the move-out process as we did not receive our deposit back and were asked for additional funds. I find it hard to believe that a repainting fee of $400 and a $300 charge for a peeling bathtub is necessary after only seven months. Management was largely unresponsive regarding our move-out process, and I would caution all potential residents to beware.

Great location but bad managment

Building is located in a great neighborhood but was built decades ago and has very thin walls. Some of the apartments can be very noisy based on their location. It used to be a very friendly community until they changed to a big corporate building a couple of years ago. All they want is to squeeze money out of your wallet. New management is horrible, not friendly all, and not helpful when you need them.

Ok for temporary housing

Lived here a few months so far and not impressed. As soon as I moved in I faced multiple issues and had to open a bunch of maintenance requests. It seemed the inside and appliances were kinda cleaned but not professionally cleaned. They should do a through inspection and pay attention to details. Unfortunately the staff is sort of hit or miss, sometimes i felt they are ignoring my concerns or they are doing bare minimum. For such monthly charge I expected more value.

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in

I couldn’t wait to get out of this place. From the rudest management I’ve ever dealt with, to dirty old apartments. Management lie and tell you renovations will be done in a matter of months, we moved out last month after our lease was up and a lot of the renovations they said would be done in July 2019 still hadn’t been completed. The walls are paper thin so if you pretty much hear EVERYTHING your neighbours are doing. I’ve also never lived in an apartment complex that had so many issues with hot water. Cars get broken into in the ‘secure garage’ and the building is that old that trying to actually get your apartment clean is near impossible and whatever you do it still has a dusty dark feel to it. On the plus side, the location is great. Would not recommend anyone to live here.

Shady And Immoral Business Practices

I applied to rent here, placed a deposit, and waited for them to complete renovations on the room. Everything was going great. I liked them and they liked me. The day before we had agreed that I would move in, they told me that they were running behind on renovations. It would take another week before the room was ready for me to move in. I told them that was no problem. Then they said that they just happened to be raising their rates by over $200/month during that week... and that my deposit did not guarantee my rate. This should tell you all you need to know about a building that is not under rent control. They will exploit you.

Great location & reasonable rent

My husband and I lived here for 3.5 years and reluctantly moved (for a shorter commute to work). This apartment building has the BEST location - walkable to tons of great restaurants and shops, movie theaters, and can easily hike up to Griffith Observatory. That is the #1 thing we liked about the building - you really can't beat where it's located. We were also satisfied with the building itself: - Nice amenities: a small but functional gym, a nice pool although it's indoors so we didn't really use it, good laundry facilities (we never had trouble finding a machine), and gated parking - Rooms in the apartment are nicely sized (we had a 2 bedroom apartment, and the master bedroom is huge!). There is also a lot of closet space! The only exception here is the kitchen, which is small - we like to cook, so the kitchen was a little cramped for us to both be working in there, and it also would have been nice to have newer appliances. If it was possible to give 4.5 stars instead of 5, I'd probably lean toward that because of the small kitchen - but the other pros of the building trumped that for the most part. - Management is prompt and helpful: maintenance doesn't work every day of the week, but they responded quickly when we needed something. And Carl the manager is reasonable and made both our move-in and move-out painless. - Neighbors are respectful and we never had issues with noise We also thought the rent was very reasonable for such a high-demand neighborhood. If you're looking for a great, walkable spot in a cool part of town, we highly recommend!

Best apartments in Los feliz!

The community of people at the apartment are great. They look out for each other and are very friendly, unlike most of LA. Carl (the manager) doesn’t put up with any crap from anyone! As long as you pay your rent on time and you don’t disrupt the community and act stupid, you’ll get along fine with him!! The complex is very clean and anything that breaks or gets broken is fixed right away. There’s an elementary school and a church right down the street. Super close to walkable restaurants all along Vermont, a Starbucks, RiteAid, Jon’s Supermarket, a carwash, BoA, all at the end of the street. Uber rides to Hollywood are $4-7. Metro station is right down the street. Great place to live!!

Love it here!

I've lived here for almost 2 years. Great location and amenities - nice pool, gym, and parking garage. The building is quiet and generally just full of respectful, nice people. Manager Carl has been prompt and very easy to work with when small repairs or things come up. Everything is very well maintained and kept clean. We're right next to a ton of restaurants, movie theaters, bars, shops, and Griffith Park, and centrally located for getting into Hollywood, downtown, Silver Lake, Echo Park, etc.
