The walls at this property are unbelievably thin! I can hear conversations from every apartment adjacent to mine, word for word. Me neighbor is a musician who plays the guitar and sings loudly daily and management has not resolved the issue for almost a year now. I can hear when my neighbors open and close doors, cupboards, etc. Dogs sometimes bark throughout the night and you would think they are in your apartment. That's how thin the walls are. Also, the EV charging stations have had multiple broken units for months and rarely get fixed. I cannot recommend living here.

I've lived at Broadstone East End for 15 months and just renewed for another 15. Any issue that arises, the staff and maintenance handle it extremely quickly. Leasing office is super helpful and friendly. The amenities and location are great! Close to everything but yet not in the middle of a busy neighborhood. Tons of trails for running and biking. I love it here.

Beautiful complex, dog friendly, but needs improvement on service and communication. Things like rent and fee’s are not something you want changing at the last second.

This place is nestled among the most beautiful parks and trees, close enough to downtown Austin but far enough from main roads and food businesses to feel less crowded. The apartments have nice layouts, and the staff is flexible and tries their best to go the extra mile.

Brand new place with nice amenities and attentive staff, worth a look in a good location on the Walnut Creek trails in East Austin! A few of the bumps that come with managed buildings of course (fees, things breaking) but the staff is very attentive.
