Great Front office assistance , friendly neighbors . A good view of the mountains, close by stores and 10-15 minutes away from fort carson for military members . dog friendly community , 5 mins away from lake for runs or just to enjoy nature

I love the apartment and the staff it really feels like home. If I had to change or fix something I would love to see the grounds kept up a little bit better. Unfortunately people make messes and don't clean it up and unless some of the other residents or myself clean it up it will stay that way.

I couldn't be happier! The unit itself is modern, clean, and incredibly spacious. Natural light pours in through the windows, making it feel even more expansive. The building amenities are top-notch – the pool is immaculately maintained. But what truly sets this apartment apart is the exceptional management and maintenance team. They're responsive, friendly, and always willing to lend a helping hand. It’s been good so far. The cleanliness before moving in could’ve been better, but that was it. Just had a few issues with the drains in the bathroom, but those were resolved.

Apartments are decent for the price a little landlord special but nothing too crazy. Property manager and maintenance are wonderful people. Neighbors are iffy depending who they are. Recently got a bad set of loud ones but can be expected with lower income apartments I guess. Would recommend if you can't afford anything else.

I have lived here for many years and consider this my home. Property is well taken care of and my granddaughter loves the playground ?? I like the mountain view and easy access to anything I need,stores, restaurants and entertainment.
