Property Ratings at Broadlands Apartments
We moved here across country, and settled by luck here. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, very kid friendly. Such a great team at the leasing office ask for Anna or Naurin. They have a lot of opinions in size, and they include internet Verizon FiOS with your rent. Close to a lot of convenience, shopping,eating, etc. Finally maintenance doesn't wait on work orders. They get right to business with anything submitted. Great place to live
I would like give ZERO rate. They only show respect until you make contract. After contract they do not contribute to solve the problems
We have lived at Broadlands Apartments for about 2 and a half years now. The assistant property manager Naurin has been our main point of contact since we moved in. Naurin is always there when we have had any questions or concerns. She has amazing customer service and is always my go to leasing office team member. The leasing team as a whole has always taken great care of my family and we couldn’t be more grateful. I’ve lived in the Ashburn area my whole life and I wouldn’t go to any other apartment complex property. The maintenance team is extreme responsive and respectful. They have always provided us with quick service. Thank you broadlands team for providing my family with a safe, loving environment and friendly environment. We hope to create more memories here at broadlands apartments.
I would give 0 start for this place because of: 1- unprofessional Management 2- Cheap place I don't recommend
I have lived here since 2017, and just renewed again! Hajera has gone above and beyond to make my transfer to a new unit as easy as possible. The entire staff is great! The pool is great in the summer and having an animal - all the pet stations around the complex are very convenient!

This is a really nice community with workers who actually care about their residents! Hajera has done an amazing job with assisting me in finding an apartment. She is kind, patient, and determined when it comes to placing residents in their future homes. Hajera responded with urgency to every email and call anytime I had a question. This office is extremely short staff but the workers do an amazing job tending to their residents and future tenants. This is not a business transaction, it is truly a community. I toured Broadlands hoping to move-in late August with my girlfriend. Wardell was my leasing agent - he couldn't have been more professional. He provided me with a great tour and worked with my budget to find a 2 bedroom unit. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and quiet. Pet friendly. Convenient location to my workplace. Looking forward to be a resident.

I’ve been living in this community for the past 3 years and I do not recommend this community for those who are looking to find a home where they can have a little birthday, new year or wedding anniversary party. Even though the Loudoun county law prohibits any noise from 11pm to 7 am within 100 ft of other residents, they have called the cops on me at 5 pm on Sunday. The rent is excessively high in this community while the customer service is very poor and the buildings are in a terrible condition. Following the last incident, I received a notice from the leasing office stating that I should either pay the fine and evacuate the apartment or stop having a party at my apartment. The irony is that the cop advised my neighbor that it was 5 pm on a weekend and I had the right to have a party at my apartment, however, the leasing office sent the notice to me. Unfortunately I just renewed my contract for another year and have no way out of here. Be cautious what you are getting yourself into. They are very friendly and professional as long as you have not signed the contract. Once the contract is signed, everything changes. P.s I just posted the same review in their website but it did not show up on the review section of the website. Seems like they only publish 5 out of 5 reviews. I even doubt the authenticity of those reviews.
I give this apartment complex a zero but it won't let me.. The front office staff is not nice.. The parking is horrible at night time.. when we first moved in here we had a feeling it was not the right choice but at the time we had to do it.. I was told by the manager about the parking to get a new job or a different shift and wasn't his problem. when we first moved in they told us they did a walk thru and everything was clean. well the bathroom was dirty and nasty and the leasing agent said let me get my sparkle bucket out...All they care about is there money.. which is my next bad review they are expensive....

Do mot rent here staff is very rude thwy do not follow up with you the appliances are old and need maintenance all the time if you live on north side there is no parking at nite corp van meters will ignore your complaint and not return your calls
The apartment itself I really like. It's spacious, has a laundry room and I love the kitchen (layout, cabinet and counter space). They also allowed my dog, which of course is huge! Slim pickens when you have a large dog. What I don't like is how expensive it is, the very small balcony, no fenced-in play area for the dogs (has been a problem especially in the winter), no place to store my bicycle (I have to carry it up and down the stairs and store inside my apartment) and it would be nice to have an area to wash and vacuum the car. Because I have seen "lower scale" apartments complexes have all those. I would also prefer to have a salt water/saline pool instead of chlorine. The rest is mediocre.
The almost 2 years I lived in this community, I just felt it was home for me. The staff is extremely helpful and care for you and your needs. Especially ever since the recent management changed the new staff is awesome . All kudos to the team there !
