I really love my apartment—it’s super cozy! The location is perfect, with great places to eat nearby and easy access to public transport (the train is RIGHT THERE). The pool, common area, and fitness center are nice & clean. There’s even a spot for private meetings if you need it. From what I’ve seen, the management staff is great; they are really quick to handle any maintenance requests. And living in Dallas, we all know how tricky parking can be, but the parking is always available and secure. I’ve lived in a bunch of apartments, and while some might be newer or nicer, this one really ticks all the boxes for me. Just to clarify, I’m a real tenant, not an employee (haha)! I’ve been here for almost a year, and I genuinely love it.
Hallways are disgusting. Homeless people everywhere. Police are always at the complex. DART station is insanely loud. Paperthin Walls. Bugs everywhere (roaches). Fire alarms always going off due to flooding. 0 amenities. Packages stolen. Locker system outside. (moved out & they charged almost $500 & refused to provide proof while threatening sending me to collections if I didn't pay them).

Just recently moved from this place in the breakdown for my security deposit is missing over $300. Had to go to corporate just to get a response back from the office. The place is nasty now since new management. Halls dirty, the trash chute stays dirty and broke. The grills never work. Was there two years. The first year no problems but once the new management came it’s been nothing but hell. The way our water bill spiked once the new people came was ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

When I moved here in 2020 the place was nice and clean. Office and maintenance people were great. Since The Simpson Group bought Brick Row they stopped vacuming and cleaning the halls, even by the trash shoots. They said in January 2023 that new carpet was coming. Here it is June and not only is there no new carpet they painted and got paint on the dirty carpet that is never vacuumed. The parking garage is filthy and homeless people sleep in there. I really want to move but cannot afford to right now.

Extremely disappointed. I lived there about 1.5 years. Cockroaches overflew. They sent me incorrect move out statement even I paid my termination fees. Emailed and called them several times but not getting any response.

I was excited to have new management until the new staff came in unprofessional and rude. They try their hardest not to help you and treat you like you are bothering them. They tell you their going keep you updated but they don’t. Please think twice before you move in. They don’t treat you like a customer.

Our guide was very nice and gave a us great information about the property.
I would recommend this apartment based off the areas. Very close to the freeway and not too far from Dallas or Plano. The train station is also close. There?s restaurants near.
I was disappointed to see this beautiful apartment with such monthly rent not to have washer & dryer in all the units .
Community and leasing agent were excellent. We wanted a 1st floor apartment and one was not available at the time we were looking. Other than that, we would?ve selected this complex.
Whenever I've had work order requests they have been addressed quite timely, and even this time I was notified of a slight delay due to storms and flooding. So I'm glad my concerns never go on for days at a time.

Because the intermittent issue was not present at the time of maintenance presence my suggestion to be proactive was dismissed. I was familiar with the issue because prior maintenance had resolved same issue in bathroom 2.

The community is suitable for the younger generation due to they do not care about noise from the walls being to thin. I loved at the front so I constantly heard noise from the outside and from the 7/11 across the street.
The community is very nice and accessible to major thoroughfare.
We love the location and the apartment but the issues weâ??ve been having since move in have been very frustrating.
The Maintenance personnel were very courteous and worked to make the correction.
There are friendly and proffesional employees.
So far we like it here. It is relatively quiet most of the time. Everyone has been friendly that we have met and we love having a park on the property and a couple of good restaurants too.

I have been at Brick Row for ten years. I have always found the living to be safe and comfortable with several amenities to choose from. The staff is always courteous and professional and does their best to fix issues promptly.
I've already recommended it to my friends. It's in good condition, has good amenities, is in a convenient location, is reasonably priced, and has a wonderful office staff.
I have always been pleased with the repairs that maintenance does around the community.
I have been living here for the pas 2.5 years, and overall I'm very pleased with it. First of all every apartment you live in will have it's issues, but the positives out ways the negatives here. The management, in my experience has been very pleasant to work with and the maintenance staff responds efficiently and quickly. There's a cute park next door perfect for walking your dog and the neighborhood is quiet and I feel safe here. We are right next door to the Spring Valley DART station, which isn't as much of an annoyance as I thought it would be. They recently added a package locker which has been awesome! The only noise problems I have are the loud children running in the halls or the one I share a wall with, but majority of the time it's pretty quiet. The gym is usually quiet and the equipment is in good condition. The few downsides I've experienced... if a light goes out in your apartment, you are responsible for purchasing new bulbs but maintenance will change it for you. Elevators have been known to stop working now and then, but it didn't effect me much. There have been power outages a lot this year, but it's all to do with the storms we've been having and management can't control those things. There have been a few car break-ins in the garage since I've been here, one being the car parked right next to mine. Lesson here is, don't leave items of value in your car! The trash rooms often smell bad and people leave trash on the floor instead of putting it down the chute - those people suck, but management does their best to control it. Side note, Summer is cricket season and they get EVERYWHERE. This year I found 2 in my apartment.
I stay here for one year. The trash bin is very small and bad smell around the trash bin. The even worse experience was that there was a blackout, it was Saturday, and it was not until Monday that someone came to repair it. This is not a big deal. I rented it with my boyfriend for a year, paid a month's deposit, and was finally deducted. The reason is that my carpet needs to be changed. Actually, I need to pay the lifetime remaining fee for the carpet is $850+. The total amount of garbage disposal fees was more than $1,000. It was very unreasonable. I went to the manager to discuss it. Her attitude was very unfriendly. . . Very sad
