It was amazing, very informative, and professionally conducted tour. My friend lives near the property and stopped by to be my eyes taking a tour for me. Aranza was very nice, well spoken and helpful in giving us good information regarding the 2 bedroom floor plans and amenities therein. We took a tour for this complex and the tour itself was nice. We toured a 3 bedroom, she was actually able to show us the unit we would move into which I thought was amazing, and the apartment unit itself was nice. It was a bit dated looking to say it was built in 2021, but the appliances are modern. The ground floor patio was spacious however, if you are on the ground floor there’s no covering or railing to close off the patio so that’s something to consider. All the amenities are nice especially the pool(it’s huge! With 4 nice grills and it’s open year around and closes at 10 daily), fitness center, and theater room! It was a nice place, the only downside is we didn’t like the floor plan. I feel like this place is definitely ideal for children being as we saw a lot of them in the walk through so I would definitely recommend families here!

Moved in Jan 2023. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, security has been stepped up with a nightly security guard up front, the grounds & buildings are regularly cleaned, and the packaging system is very comprehensive. While the front office workers want to be helpful, sometimes if feels like management rolls out new policies/decisions that aren't fully communicated with the front office and it can be frustrating at times. That being said, management does listen to resident complaints/issues and will try to address them, both in the short-term and long-term! Highly recommend!

Had my car broken into twice and the front office does nothing about it! Multiple cars have been broken into and even left on bricks!! Rent too high to have to deal with all this!
