I love my 1-bedroom apartment & garage. The complex is nice & the people are friendly. Neighbors are quiet. Lots of amenities, e.g. big pool with hot tub & grills, indoor mail room, gym, they're pet freindly with a dog park, children's playground, game area with grill, garages, trash pick up at your door, etc. They have events & give aways for most holidays & special occasions. They have food trucks on the property almost weekly. A new strip center is being built directly in front of the complex...hoping for some good food & drink options to open soon. They offer furnished guest apartments for daily rental rates. Has a resident portal/website for comments, announcements, & to make rent/utility payments. Have lived there since the end of December 2021 & have not encountered any problems.

I wouldn't want to put even one star. In one year I have been robbed three times in this complex, it is the most insecure place to live, anyone enters the buildings as if they belonged to the place, the attention of the management is terrible, they are not responsible for anything but they do not make you feel safe either. The site is dirty and does not have good maintenance for what you pay here there are better places to live my experience has been terrible

Ascend at Tamarron is a well-managed complex. All team members are doing their responsibilities in best way. We feel so safe and relax here and in case of not buying a house, we will extend our stay here defiantly .

Ascend at Tamarron is a great apartment complex. The apartments and grounds are beautiful and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Any maintenance issues are handled quickly and to the tenants satisfaction. It's a great place to live.
Great location, great pool, great place to live. Walls , floors & ceilings are structured very thin.

Read the negative reviews. Trash in parking lots and spread on the grass. Trash in big piles outside the dumpsters. Dog poop everywhere. Dog poop trash cans overflowing with no one emptying them.

Ascend is a very nice complex. Apts are very modern which I like. But, this is suppose to be a non smoking complex and I see people smoking. In addition, they are not suppose to put garbage on the ground but yet I constantly see garbage and stains on the cement. They still don't clean under the stairs.
I have lived everywhere, including in 45+ countries and this is the very best housing one can ask for. The manager and maintenance leader are first-rate. The complex is built by a home builder so no cheap vinyl stickers on cupboards, etc. Everything is real wood. My neighbors are also very respectful.

I love the fact that the rules are somewhat strict. If not, the property would not remain 5 star. And I would move after my lease is up. So far, we enjoy our apartment and the location. And upkeep of the property. If all stay as is we plan on signing another 18 month lease.

Ascend at Tamarron made it a super easy process for me. Im grateful for Rinata. She is an amazing woman and very professional. What I love the most and why I decided to go with this living community was just off my interaction with her. The amenities and floor plans were a bonus. Also, I love how I came in looking a certain way but she didnt judge me. And thats very important for me because I do get judged based solely on my appearance. I appreciate the whole team for being open, respectful and accepting throughout the entire process. The whole experience was simple and I really do appreciate these wonderful women!
