The hot water is consistently out in my apartment 710 This is the third time this has happened and I have been here since may Don’t know if this will be a consistent thing

Really great . I enjoy the quiet neighborhood. People are really respectful. The office is really nice and they always get everything done .

I’m about to renew my lease for the fourth year at Brandon Oaks Apartments, and I’ve been very satisfied living here. The setting is peaceful, with a country feel that’s quiet and relaxing, yet still convenient to everything I need. The grounds are clean and surrounded by beautiful tall pines, which add to the charm. The management staff is excellent—always friendly, professional, and responsive. The maintenance team is quick to handle requests and does solid work. It’s clear they care about the residents and the property. While the buildings are older, they’re well-maintained, and I’ve never had any major issues with my unit. The community is also very quiet and respectful, which is something I truly value. If you’re looking for a quiet, well-managed place to call home with a real sense of community, I highly recommend Brandon Oaks. I’m happy to continue living here.

I have really enjoyed my stay here so far. I have been living at Brandon oaks for a year now and really have no complaints. The staff is amazing and always so welcoming. They are always keeping us updated about the community which I appreciate so much.

Moved in today, everything has been so smooth and amazing! So many nice neighbors, so quiet and peaceful. All I’ve heard about this place is good things! So excited to make this place my home. So many amazing deals and the property manager Angela is seriously the best- she took care of EVERYTHING for us. Such a breeze, now- to unpack :) hahah

So far I love it the staff are nice and so are the neighbors the only thing i don’t really like are all of the cats roaming around. But so far everything is great!

Awesome property. Everyone is friendly. Pool is nice. Stays clean. I enjoy the keyless entry as well. Lots of kids to play with my kids. Also love the maintenance team.

My stay here has been good maintenance is quick residents don’t bother you could use a refresh to ammenities I’d suggest adding a workout center. Otherwise everything has been great.

I just moved and love our quaint little community. Everyone has been nice and welcoming. My apartment is cozy and feels so homey. So far I have had a positive experience and love it. I am happy to be here.

I love the office staff as well as the maintenance guys! They respond timely to any of my requests and are very personable…the property is always clean and the apartments are well maintained.

Angela, our community manager, ensures everything runs smoothly. She is professional, fair, and treats all residents with equal respect. Her leadership makes this a great place to call home. Marissa, her assistant, is always helpful and professional, handling questions and requests efficiently. She steps up whenever needed, making communication with the office easy and pleasant. Felipe and Omar, our maintenance team, provide excellent service. They respond quickly to requests and keep the community grounds clean and well-maintained. Their dedication shows in everything they do. Thanks to this hardworking team, living here is truly enjoyable. Their professionalism and care make this community feel like home.

Quick responsive staff. Easy to contact and repair issues. Need a pet area separate from where kids play. Need exercise room or equipment in all the extra space on property.

I moved in about 2 weeks ago and i absolutely love my decision to move into Brandon Oaks ! A peaceful neighborhood and everybody I’ve come across have been super nice ! The office staff is amazing and I love my apartment sooooo much ! I have no complaints !

I’ve been living at Brandon Oaks Apartment Homes for a little over three years, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. The peace and quietness of the community make it a wonderful place to call home. The management team is outstanding! Angela, the manager, and Marissa, her assistant, go above and beyond to ensure residents are well taken care of. They are professional, friendly, and always approachable. The maintenance team, Phillipe and Omar, are equally amazing—quick to respond to requests and always thorough in their work. The property is well-maintained, and I feel safe living here, which is such a blessing. On top of that, the other residents are friendly, adding to the sense of community that makes Brandon Oaks feel like home. I can’t recommend Brandon Oaks highly enough—thank you to the entire team for making this such a great place to live!

It’s been great living at Brandon Oaks. Good place to start (living on your own). They make everything easy, and management is always checking everything is going smoothly.

Expensive and old apartments. Nothing up to date. Old appliances and floor plans. Nothing new at all. Keep going up on rent with no new changes.

Nice place to live. Very quiet neighbors. Very nice structure. No one bothers you and does respect you. That is all I gave to say. Haven't lived here long to complain

It has been a good experience to live here. Close to work and stores I need. Lots of different things to do around here and last but not least, the rewards program is great.

I’ve been living here for a few months now. It still has been so peaceful and the staff handles everything so well. Especially with the storm recently, they kept the community updated frequently. This made me feel like I made a good decision about my choice of moving here!

I have been here officially a year! I must I have had no real complaints. We are knowledgeable of any outages and with quick turnaround times. The office staff are extremely friendly, approachable, and helpful!

Living here has been great. Management is always attentive, maintenance always answers fast. Location wise, there’s a lot of things to do nearby and quick access to main streets.

I had a good experience moving in. Staff would always return my calls or answer the phone, even during the hurricane they emailed updates so I could already know what was going on before I even moved in. Love all of the room and storage space.

Apartment is very nice and taken care of aswell as the neighbors being real friendly and the surrounding area is also nicely taken care of and clean

I enjoy my rental here. The staff is nice and always eager to try to make your life easier in my personal experience. There’s only a few things I would change if I had the chance. 1.) Occasionally there’s water issues, and there’s little to no warning when it does happen. 2.) There are a lot of stray animals, and sometimes I can hear the raccoons and cats getting into a turf war at night, and it’s kind of brutal. Other than that, I don’t have many complaints. Our apartment is spacious with routine maintenance improvements and a staff willing to help.

Complex has been so quiet, clean, and enjoyable! I love going on walks on the bridge and by the pool. My guest never have an issue with parking and that’s a huge plus!

It’s been close to 7 months since I moved here, it’s a quiet environment, staff/leasing office are nice, maintenance works fast. Location is close to main streets and highways.

I’ve had a few problems in the short amount of time i’ve been here that i hope will not last long or cause me to move. The environment is nice I just wish there was more pest control

It has been good so far living here. The manager has been very helpful as well as the maintenance team when getting things done. The laundry facilities is always able to be used when I need to wash clothes.

The staff is amazing. I have rarely ever had an issue that persisted longer than a day. The apartments are older which obviously comes with its issues to be expected. However, the groundskeepers and the people in the office all seem to care about your wellbeing and happiness. I only take off 1 star because I feel like in between tenants, there were some shoddy repairs that were done and I feel like as time goes by, the imperfections just become more and more visible. Altogether I really do love my apartment and I would recommend this place to others!

It’s a peaceful apartment complex. It has a lot of stores nearby and the management office is efficient and fast in solving issues and answering messages/phone calls.

My move in was smooth & fast. Both leasing agents were very kind and helpful throughout the whole process! The area is also quiet and surprisingly clean.

Only been here a few months, so far so good. I do however dislike that there are so many stray cats and raccoons at night in the dumpsters. But other then that pretty quiet!

What I like about this apartment is the fact that if anything happens or if you have any questions you get a fast response from the management office.

I have lived at Brandon Oaks apartments for a year and am very satisfied! The complex is extremely quiet and the neighbors are friendly. They also became a Smart community and recently added Smart Locks on the front doors and Smart Thermostats in all apartment homes!

It was very tedious in the beginning but everything is cool now. Marissa was helpful with all the request I had and although the first apartment I looked at wasn’t the apartment I moved into it was still cool
