For the amount that I am paying there have been a lot of problems. This includes, the pool, the electors and gates being broken. The staff is wonderful though, I don’t blame them.

Beautiful building and great location. Very secure and well maintained. Neigbor s are friendly. The staff is attentive to our needs and service requests are easy to make and responded to quickly
Love living at the Brady. Kudos to Eva, Estrella, and Miguel! They go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met! Would love to have pet owners keep their dogs on leashes Location is great and place always clean and smells good!
This building is raising our rent over 20%. When asked if we can speak with someone to discuss this increase, management responded curtly with "we are not negotiating price." Disappointed in the leadership and client service of an apartment building / management company that markets itself as "luxury." As long-time residents, you would hope your loyalty is recognized and valued, but that doesn’t appear to be the case here.

My boyfriend, dog, andI love living at the Brady. The staff is always friendly, and our needs are always met. The complex is always clean and quiet. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that any and all concerns are always taken care of ASAP.
A beautiful community residence full of friendly faces where everyone looks out for one another and treats people with respect.
I was particularly impressed with the staff and management during the power outage. Staff members were very present and involved in all details. I took note of management's concern that UberEats stopped delivering so the building took it upon themselves and expense to have meals delivered to the building at their expense.
The Brady is a wonderful community that truly feels like home. Between the amazing, friendly residents to the welcoming concierge and dog-loving maintenance and cleaning staff, it has a family vibe where I always feel safe. The dog park is a social scene in itself! Being right on the Katy Trail is amazing.
Very clean, professional, and conscientious company.
