The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Boulevard Gardens
I've lived here for a few years now, and while we've had several property managers during that time, the current one has truly made a difference. She's proactive, responsive, and genuinely committed to improving the community. Since she took over, I've noticed real, positive changes that show she cares about the residents and the property. The maintenance staff is also fantastic—friendly, dependable, and always willing to help. They respond quickly to requests and get things taken care of efficiently. Overall, I feel that things are headed in the right direction, and I appreciate the efforts being made to make this a better place to live.
Property Manager at Boulevard Gardens, Responded To This Review
Thank you for sharing your positive experience at Boulevard Gardens Apartments. We appreciate your recognition of the team's commitment to our residents and the community. It's wonderful to hear you've noticed positive changes and appreciate the efforts being made.
The new management promised me that I won’t pay for a fee Then a month later was like oh I must have mistakenly said that. Such a liar she forgot that she had to ask her manager about that fee waiver decision so it wasn’t her decision it was her manager’s . How can you say that by mistake when you had to speak to your manager about it. I couldn’t say anything but pay the fee. They want you to do everything in writing but won’t get back to you in writing so they don’t get in trouble Such a liar!!! Stay away
Property Manager at Boulevard Gardens, Responded To This Review
We apologize for any issues that may have taken place. Our team is sure to be fully transparent in their dealings. We welcome you to reach out to us if you have any discrepancies you wish to discuss. We look forward to speaking with you.
This property is very old(>50years), maintenance staff is doing all the patchy work and the biggest issue is parking. There are already very few parking lots available here and half of them are already reserved by person with disability. On property management is helpful but the upper management really don't care about residents problem. If any one coming to this location, I would say please do look for other apartments, as you gonna be disappointed by these apartments.
Why do people always start with the parkimg issue. There are bigger problems. Apartments are old and need to be maintained often. When most work is done by staff it's patch work. Unless they call actual professional contractors. Recently grounds are dirty. Staff and management high turnover. Some apartments have mold issues. They refurbish apt to look new to rent for more money while long time residence deal with what they have and rent increases every year.
I do not recommend this apartment..this is 50 Yrs old building now you can imagine..1) No parking space 2)very old kitchen appliance 3) Install your own AC 4) Poor maintenance and security systems 5) Roaches and cockroaches 6) Too hot in summer..because building is too old 7) Broken hard wood floor :-( I ever had this experience before..Pls do not consider this place..
The apartment comes included with heat and water. The major issue is the parking. The parking is first come first serve on site. There is hardly any parking onsite and street parking is very difficult to find. The neighbors are quiet and are reasonable to interact with. The public light rail is close for transportation and of coarse public buses to go into the city.
The people of this area are very nice. The management are very helpful once you log a complaint it is done the same day. That is since Ms. Maya has taken over.
