Me and my partner just moved to Boulder Commons and we love it so far! The apartment is so beautiful and the staff has been so amazingly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We were looking to move in ASAP during 4th of July week and even with the holiday they made it happen and even expedited the process so we could move in early and not have to stay in a hotel. I cannot say enough good things about the moving in process and maintenance requests. Gunner on the maintenance team has been amazing and really helpful. Maison and Erika and the leasing office team is very supportive, kind, and doing a great job. :)
Well I wish you could spread the love and word about how wonderful they follow through, but there is absolutely no follow up to projects that they say will be completed for the two years. I’ve lived here almost… They had promised a workout facilityand it’s not happening so decisions have to executed… It’s a lot of talk and no action - extremely disappointing and really hard to recommend this living community to any of my many many friends

We love living at Bluff. Great apartments and excellent leasing team. The location is walkable to many stores and restaurants/coffee shops. Plenty of trails around. Our unit is well maintained and thoughtful designed. I would highly recommend living here.

I LOVE this staff! They are friendly, welcoming and care. The building is BEAUTIFUL and I can not wait to move in. The location is perfect, close to everything but tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The large windows and private balconies are my favorite features. I feel like I’m going to live in a condo.

Stay away unless you want to manage issue after issue. The number of problems I've experienced since moving in only a few months ago are too numerous to list but include: leaking air conditioning, broken air conditioning, constant electrical issues, leaking pipes, poorly installed drawers, hinges, and exterior door. Management of these issues is laughable and communication is poor.
