Beautiful neighborhood and location, amenities are ok however the gym amenity is slightly lacking. Very high rental payments for one bed rooms and studios which isn’t a negative however something to keep in mind.

We love everything about living here—the ocean views are gorgeous and the staff are helpful and responsive. The only real downside is management’s refusal to enforce the no-smoking policy. Despite a strict addendum we all signed, residents smoke openly on balconies and in the courtyard. It ruins one of the best parts of living here: enjoying the outdoors.

This is by FAR the best apartment community I have lived in. The staff is amazing, my neighbors are so friendly, and there is a great sense of community and you don't get that alot of places in Boston. Maintenance is responsive and very nice.

We have only lived here for a week, but so far it had been a great experience. The staff have been very friendly and accommodating and I can’t get over how lovely it is to watch the sun set over the harbor from my living room. We have two rescue dogs that are having a rough adjustment and everyone has been so patient with us as we train them for their new environment. The location is so convenient (adjacent to groceries, five minutes walk to the T, several nearby parks). This has been a great place to land for my first time living in Boston!

Boston East is a great community to live in. The move-in process was easy and the leasing team is amazing. Truly unbelievable how difficult it is to ever get someone on the phone or any response from anyone in the office. God forbid you're ever away from the apartment and need any kind of help from someone in the building because nobody ever picks up the phone. The calls always go to some off-site call center that tells you that they'll send the message to the office and maybe they do, or maybe they don't but either way, you'll never get a call back.

BIG SECURITY CONCERN with no response or action taken by management. Brief Storyline: We had a terrifying experience with the 24/7 concierge bringing a legitimately dangerous man straight up to our specific units door at 1:00am on a Tuesday night. We had dropped our keys in the car that had dropped us off 3 hours earlier in the evening. We were unaware they were missing and continued on with our quiet evening. The driver of the car that we had already at this point, reported for being extremely unsafe returned 3 hours later and asked for our information - the concierge then LOOKED our unit up and walked him directly to our units front door. The concierge knew nothing about us and the driver could have only possibly had our first name from the app. There was no unit number and the actual drop off pin was Mcdonalds down the street. So the suspicion was extremely escalated on how the interaction went about and why. We needed to know the details on what led them to our door. It was an awful, unsafe feeling knowing that man knew exactly where we live from here on out. When we asked for the policies and procedures if someone not authorized (especially when you are NOT expecting them) is to ask for your information; They had no response and did not even attempt to create on the spot a policy stating what should be done. They legitimately did not have one. This dangerous man was not only give our information but physically walked straight to our door. It took dozens of emails and even lawyers** for anyone from Trinity to even respond. All we wanted (and are still looking for) is answers. Our lawyers asked for the video footage from the front desk that night and Boston East security camera''s "had lost it". Please keep in mind this is the most brief version that could be told of this story - In the end their response was "the concierge was making a genuine effort to give back our possession we "irresponsibly" left in the drivers car". If safety matter to you in the slightest: DO NOT LIVE HERE. After going through the reviews, I have to also agree with everything stated in all the lowest rated reviews as well as the incident above lead to us moving out. Trinity Management clearly has no control or organization in this building. Dealing with them and management is a nightmare. You never know who is in charge or when, if at all, they are going to answer you on requests, comments, or concerns.
